One last time

"shiro....yashiro!!" (...?)

" Eh?" Hanako-Kun sounds desperate.

Ah...that's right, Hanako-Kun was attacked by something while he was distracted and i jumped in... I...feel dizzy...

" Yashiro! please don't close your eyes! you have to stay awake!"

It's not good, I feel so tired...

" Boy! take Yashiro and wait for me, I'll go get help!"

"Senpai! just endure it a bit more, it's gonna be alright, Hanako will come back in no time, ok?"

...why are you guys...so terrified?...

" Hanako...kun?"

" Don't worry Yashiro, I'll go find no. 1 don't worry" he forced a grin on his face as I felt a hand pat my head. why are you leaving? don't go, please stay, that's what I wanted to say, but my throat felt painfully dried and couldn't let any word out, so instead, I grabbed Hanako's cloak.

" Yashiro please, I need to get you some help ASAP" he took my hand off gently and raced to somewhere as fast as he could. I felt nostalgic seeing how his back looked smaller as he ran....it feels like the last time I will see him.

" Kou-kun...i'm cold," I said as I could, my fingers started to feel numb.

" Senpai... " he looked at me with a worried expression. he carried me closer to his chest and hugged me gently in his arms...he's warm.

" It's better like this, for now, tell me if you need something or feel uncomfortable, I'll do my best to fix it, so stand still will ya?" he's always been kind and caring...is this the last time I'll see him?, I wanted to tell him a lot of things, and cook with him again... I won't be able to do those things anymore?

" Kou-kun...listen" I placed my hand into his face gently . " It seems I won't make it out ."

" Senpai! don't say things like that, Hanako will be back soon!" he shouted, as he grabbed my hand.

" Please, let me finish...I know you guys...have been doing your best trying to protect me...I'm truly grateful for it" I tried to make a smile, at least I can make him feel less worried, right?.

"Senpai..why are you-"

Ah, I guess it didn't work.

I interrupted, I know I have no much time left... "I want to ask you a favor, Kou-Kun"

"W-what is it?" his voice shacked.

"Can you...stay by his side? just until you graduate...that would relieve me...I don't want Hanako-Kun to be alone."

Ugh, my vision it's starting to get blurry.

" Senpai..." I can't see very well right now, but I know. He was holding back tears.

" He will probably refuse to see you and isolate himself....but even so...please, stay with him." imagine Hanako- Kun all alone, it's so painful ... I know he might blame this into himself, he'll probably regret not saving me... I just wish I could stay longer...I'd do anything.

"Senpai that's..." he lowered his head until my forehead touched his hair. "ok, I promise" his voice was low and almost shaking, I'm sorry Kou-Kun. I know I'm being selfish.

"Thank you...plase take care" I'm relieved.

...No...it's, not that... I don't want to leave them alone...

I hear footsteps at the distance...the sound is fading quicly...I...can't stay awake... any longer...

"Senpai...e..pai!"
