"You all can stay here for as long as you need," Aphrodite spoke as she showed the multiple rooms inside the seemingly small cottage.
To anyone on the outside world, the cottage would look as though it was only made for an individual. Though, when the inside of the cottage was seen, it was completely different. The four people who had come together did not know how this was possible, except for the possibilities of this woman was a mage.
Though, Geralt did not believe that because she had not shown any signs of her becoming a mage.
"Anyway, good night everyone," Aphrodite spoke as she had waved her one of her hands in the air in a circular motion. Blue whisps had come out of her hands, showcasing that the woman was using magic.
With that, the lights in the room had begun to dim, and it had given the room a sense of calmness that might be what the four people need to be able to gain enough rest in an unknown place.
Aphrodite had begun to close the door, and Geralt had an internal battle going on inside him. He wanted to talk to her. Adding on, he wanted to know that the girl that had become his whole world at one point was safe, and not in any harm's way.
Even though she had newfound powers, to Geralt at least, that did not mean that he was any less protective over her. In fact, her newfound powers had made him even more protective and even more possessive over her.
There was nothing that was holding these feelings back, in fact, his feelings were stronger than ever. They had not changed with time, and instead, they had grown and manifested inside of him.
Therefore, right before Aphrodite was going to leave, Geralt had spoken up.
"Let me take you to your room," Geralt spoke right before Aphrodite was leaving the four people.
He did not know where to start coming from, but he really needs to talk to her. Just talk needed to happen because he had layers upon layers of her feelings and anger within him. He wanted all of it to go away, and he wanted his relationship with Aphrodite to come back.
Geralt knew that he will always love Aphrodite, and that was never going to go away. Though, it had been such a long time so that you had seen each other, that for the very first time in his life you want to take things slow.
He did not want to automatically sleep with a woman, and forget about her. Aphrodite would never deserve that type of treatment. He would never treat her as anything but perfect.
"Okay," Aphrodite had responded to what Geralt had said.
