I based the name on Holy's Stand in the words Velvet Vine som uh, enjoy some Mom-Son bonding-- //

Star's PoV

I got back home, my shoulders slouched over with a heavy, guilty sigh. This seemed to alarm my mom who was about to greet me. With worried eyes, she came over to me and place her hands on my cheeks. I leaned against the warmth of her palm, not bothering to make eye contact with her as she asked, " What happened, sweetheart? "

Vellanoki Kujo, or Vella, my very sweet and kind mother. She's so caring, probably inherited from the women of my family bloodline. I stood up straight and placed down her hands, brushing my thumb against her knuckles. " I tried to tell someone I like them but it didn't work.. " I sighed, looking down. " Let me guess, you took papa's advice, didn't you? " I nodded sadly at her.

" Hey, gramps, how do I tell someone I like them? " my grandfather turned to me, both dumbfounded and confused. We stared at each other for a good 5 seconds before he spoke up, or more like yelled, " WHAT!? " ' God, he didn't have to yell, ' I thought, watching my grandfather continue to freak out. After 3 more minutes of freaking out, he finally stopped and sat in front of me. " So, who is this lucky person? " he asked, his lavender coloured eyes staring into mine. I avoided his gaze, getting a little bit uncomfortable. " Uh.. " " Zip it, it's a secret. Okay then! Listen up! "

The memory made me cringe. My mom chuckling as she had brought us to the couch, our hands lightly intertwined. " He told me to be myself.. and you know how I am with 'myself'. " She pulled me into a hug, which I gladly returned, and rubbed my back reassuringly. I buried my face on her shoulder, pulling her closer to me, tighter.

" What do I do now..? He avoided me, he'll do it again.. " I mumbled weakly, my voice cracking for a second as I spoke.  Mom sighed as she softly hushed to me, " Hey.. hey.. no need to be so pessimistic.. All you have to do is to apologize.. " " But what if he doesn't forgive me? " I questioned and mom pulled us away from the hug, seeing my tears flowing down my face.

She gave me a frown and cupped my cheeks, her thumbs wiping away my tears, " It's alright, sweetheart.. it's better to apologize than say nothing. " She pressed our foreheads together, her emerald coloured eyes reflecting mine. " O-okay.. " I muttered, holding onto her arm with a strong grip.

" Now.. do you want some chicken soup? " A smile immediately comes onto my face, nodding gleefully as I heard my mom laugh a little. " There's the smile I've been searching for, " she hummed with a bright grin as well, gently pinching my cheek on one side. After that, she let me go and stood up, ruffling my already hair. " Go take a shower, you reek of sweat. "

She soon left towards the kitchen and I headed towards the bathroom, a towel in my hand. I got in and turned on the faucet for the shower head, dipping my hand in the drizzle and adjusted the heater for the right temperature. Satisfied with the warm shower, I stepped in, letting the warm, slippery liquid coat my body. My mind soon began to wonder off to a certain boy, letting a weary sigh.

" Mideiro Kakyoin.. "

--

I stood in front of the door of the class me and Mideiro shared. My hands were all jittery as I reached for the knob, twisting it open. I stepped in the class, silent as I casually waltzed through my fellow classmates and on my way to my seat. Mideiro was already there, not sparing a glance at me. I understood anyway and sat behind him. I just hope I won't fuck this up.

Class started soon after, though I didn't pay much attention to it. My eyes were dead focused on the man in front of me, who was scribbling either notes or doodles. It was pretty adorable and, as much as I didn't want to admit, everything about him is adorable.

I'm not the type to have crushes, don't blame me!

An idea crossed my mind, a way to apologize for what I did yesterday. I pulled out a sheet of paper from my bag and also a pencil, flattening the sheet on my desk as I began to sketch while completely being ignored by the class. I mean, who would want to mess with a 195cm man with Superman's body who was so indulged in something? I sketched a little persona of mine in the side while I wrote something on the empty space beside the sketch with a pen.

I paused for a while in thought, tapping the pen lightly onto my chin as I pondered what should I write. I perked a little and got an idea, immediately writing it down.

' Meet me at the rooftop at lunch. '

There! Perfect! Now I can apologize to him without anyone bothering us. I soon began to fold the sheet into a butterfly, I learned oragami from my mom so thank her for that. After doing a perfect butterfly, I wrote at the wing, ' Unfold Me ' and then I finally passed it to him. He didn't seem to notice it at first but, a few second later, he had it in his hands, curious. I stared right through his silhouette, my head tilted to the side as I tried to see.

The teacher left soon since he had left us with some seatwork to do, although I couldn't really care about that shit, I could just snap a picture of it and do it at home.. which I just did right now. With a huff, I rose from my seat and left the room without saying anything. I looked around left and right, sneaking through the hallways and to the stairs. I began jogging up till I reached the rooftop and there I patiently waited.

A few minutes passed and lunchtime has come. I just hope that.. he'll come by.
