Sirius' one bedroom apartment is close to the city park. Which has a crappy food truck that serves tacos until at least 4 am. Remus and Sirius stop there. Remus gets two soft shell tacos with vegan crumbles. Sirius watches him each them.
"You're not hungry?" Remus asks him.
Sirius shakes his head.
Remus finishes his tacos in silence. "We can walk to yours?" He asks as he tosses the food boat into the garbage.
"Yeah." Sirius says simply as he turns and heads towards his apartment.
Remus follows behind him by about a step and a half, Sirius doesn't seem to mind or notice.
They arrive at the apartment complex. Remus lets Sirius just stand outside of it for at least five minutes before he says "are you going in?"
Sirius is silent for a long time before he turns and looks at Remus, "no." And with that he heads back towards the park and Remus resumes his following distance until they reach Remus' car once again.
"My place?" Remus asks.
"Sure."
