*Y/N's POV*
"Are you sure you'll be okay?" I ask Alex as I put my shoes on. "Hey, we're in the same class. I'll be okay...!" Alex reassures as he follows me in pursuit and puts on his shoes. I grab both of ours book bags and toss his to him. He catches it and smiles to me before putting it on his back.
"Goodbye you two!" Sharlet, our adoptive mom, tells us as he she kisses us both on the head. "Bye mom~!" Alex and I say at the same time as we exit the house.
"Keep your phones on you at all times!"
I close the door behind me and I start walking with Alex behind me. Alex catches up to me and places a hand on my shoulder causing me to flinch.
"A-Ah! Sorry...! I forgot...." Alex said as he rubbed his arm nervously.
"It's fine....did you want something?"
"Can I ride on your back?"
"No." I quickly say.
"Please?" Alex begs as he inches closer to my face.
"No thanks, Alex." I say to him as I push his head away from me.
Luckily, before Alex could beg again, I see someone waving at us like they wanted us to come over to them. They were a small group of people. A guy with purple spiky hair, a guy with a black cap that blocks his eyes, a blonde girl with small musical note clips in her hair, a girl with red eyes that is piercing into my soul, and another purple haired guy that is much shorter than everyone else.
"Heeeeeeyyyy~! Are you going to Hope's Peak Academy like us~?" The small purple haired boy asks me excitedly.
"U-Um, actually, yeah we are. I'm assuming you guys are going there too?" I ask them as I feel Alex grip my arm lightly.
We walk towards them on the other side of the street as they all smile at us. A small smile forms on my face as we start to walk to the school for Ultimates.....with other Ultimates like us!
"Who are you guys?" I ask them as they share a few glances before guy with the purple spiky hair starts.
"I'm Kaito Momota! Luminary of the stars! My ultimate is astronaut!" He says first, pounding the air with his fist. "Maki Harukawa. Ultimate child caregiver." They red-eyed girl says as she continues to stare me down. "Uh, I'm Shuichi Saihara. The ultimate detective...." the boy with the hat on says, trailing off as he stares me down also. "I'm Kaede Akamatsu~! The ultimate pianist!" The blonde girl says cheerfully as I notice the academy in the distance. "Annnnndd last but not least...! I'm Loki!" The other purple-haired boy says as he giggles like a child.
"Kokichi..." Shuichi sighs.
"Ahahahaha! That was a lie! My actual name is Kokichi Ouma. Ultimate Supreme Leader."
'What the...? Ultimate supreme leader?'
"Ah, that's nice. Well, I'm Y/N Uehara. Japanese isn't my actual first language but I've learned Japanese." I say to them as Alex stands next to me and starts his introduction.
"I'm Alex Uehara. Ultimate dancer...."
"Are you guys siblings? You guys are so cute together~!" Kaede states as she starts to skip.
"Haha....yeah..." I laugh nervously as Alex crosses his arms.
"What kind of dances do you do?"
Kokichi says as he puts his arms behind his head. Alex, who nervously shuffles, answers with, "Well, I know....a lot of dances and people have said I'm really good at them. I've won a lot of dance competitions in the past too. That's how I got my title...."
