Chapter 1 (OLD)

Hi, just a quick reminder that this is my first fanfic, so if it seems bad, please leave some suggestions on how to make this bad story better-

Also in the first scene Monokuma doesn't punish them when they're out after hours since he wants to see some drama for the fans ;) yall know he and junko love some tea-
The plot is a bit stupid but still-

2;28 am

Ishimaru was wandering the empty and dark night halls, he had been unable to sleep that night.

Since he was such a follower of the rules, this action was getting himself mad.

' 'What am I doing?' ' He said to himself.

' 'Wandering around at this hour is sure to get me in trouble.' '

He took a moment to lean against the wall, he felt high with fever and his whole body weak, and pushed the thoughts of the rules away for once.

' ' I need to find something to help me- if the others found out I was this weak, then one of them will take advantage of that and kill me.' ' the thought of his own lifeless body let a shiver through his spine.

It was still almost too dark to see anything, but for some reason the cafeteria light was still on, and flickering for that matter.

Ishimaru continued into the cafeteria, and then took a seat to let his weak body rest.

' ' Pull yourself together, you don't want to die here, you want to see your family again. ' '

No one had died, thankfully.

But the thought of someone killing another person for some stupid game still let Ishimaru be distrustful of the others.

Even his own good friends, Mondo and Fujisaki.
Well.. Mondo obviously, Fujisaki was way too innocent for their own good.

Ishimaru started to feel a headache too, first the fatigue and now this?

Ishimaru groaned as he put his head on the table, he felt like he was going to boil alive.

He suddenly heard the sound of heavy footsteps, but he didn't care at this point, it was probably Fukawa or Naegi.

He felt the urge to lecture them about Monokuma's rules, but kept his head down.

' ' Ishimaru?' '

Ishimaru didn't expect to hear Mondo's voice, and he quickly jolted up, but that made his mind dizzy.

' ' MONDO-!' ' Ishimaru's voice cracked as he yeeted himself out of the chair.

' 'what are you doing up?' 'Mondo said, still in his sleeping outfit.

' ' Just checking for any rule breakers!' ' Ishimaru tried to walk, but he went to one side, catching himself on the wall.

' ' psh, what are you sick?' ' the taller boy teased.

Ishimaru glanced up, just to see Mondo walking towards him, ' ' no, I'm not sick!' ' he'd blurt out.

Ishimaru then let out a small sneeze. At a ironic time as well.

' 'You're all red with fever-' ' Mondo said.

' ' I should be getting back to my room-' ' Ishimaru blurted out, feeling like he was going to throw up.

THIS PART IS NOT LEMON ITS JUST SOME FANSERVICE MY FRIEND WANTED ME TO WRITE-

' ' GAH! Mondo what're you-!' ' Ishimaru froze as he felt Mondo's hands on his face.

His hands were oddly cold, Ishimaru let himself lean in to help his fever.

Mondo flushed with a bit of red, but still kept calm. ' 'You're obviously sick Ishimaru.' ' he'd say strictly.
' ' I told you I'm fine- now don't move..' 'Ishimaru said.
Ishimaru let his eyes open a bit and saw Mondo leaning down towards him.

Ishimaru jumped back, realizing this was a bit inappropriate, but instead hit his head on the wall.

' ' ow- is-this is highly inappropriate on school grounds!' ' he'd stutter.

' ' what are you talking about? I was just checking I'd you were ok, youre the one that's thinking like that.' ' Mondo rolled his eyes, raising his voice slighty.

Ishimaru felt bad for thinking that way, but ignored his loud friend and started to try and walk, only focusing on getting to his room.

Ishimaru went sideways, falling onto the floor.

' ' Dear God, you damn idiot.' ' Mondo walked over and picked up the shorter boy.

' 'Mondo I am perfectly capable to walk to my room.! ' ' Ishimaru started to softly hit Mondo on his back as he walked out of the cafeteria.

' ' I said let me go-' ' Ishimaru tried to release himself, but ended up failing due to his fatigue.

' ' just tell me where are your damn keys.' ' Mondo strictly spoke.

' ' I dont know..-' ' Ishimaru was starting to sleep, somehow.

' 'then you'll have to sleep in my room.' ' Mondo said.

Ishimaru just yawned and didn't respond.
