Chapter 11

"Why are you doing this?" Fujisaki said through his tears.

"You and all your little friends ruined my sweet despair! Everything was going into plan, but noooo, you couldnt just kill someone for the sake of it!" Junko growled.

"That was nothing under our control! You could've killed someone yourself you know!" Fujisaki stood up for himself and the others.

"That would be no fun!" Junko grunted.

"You're a monster! Praying on innocent people just for your own games!" Fujisaki yelled.

"I'm a monster?! What about your friend Owada?! He tried to kill you and killed his own brother!" Junko changed the topic.

"He didn't mean to kill his brother! And he couldn't think straight when he was going to kill me! He's a innocent person just like the rest of them!" Fujisaki shouted, hating that she had to bring up his friend.

"Psh, let's be honest here, if little Taka didn't run in, you and Owada would've been dead by now!" Junko laughed manically.

"That's not true! Mondo would've been able to stop himself! He had to!" Fujisaki doubted himself, but still went on.

"Oh please, whatever! It's not like they're coming to get you now, remeber that I'm dead?" Junko laughed when she saw the boy's face.

"No- that can't be right, my mother saw everything! She probably went to the police by now- AH!" Fujisaki let out a yelp as Junko threw a knife close to his head.

"The police are full of shit, they blocked off this GOD Forsaken school, they're. not. coming. for. you." Junko grabbed Fujisaki by the collar of his shirt, pulling his face close to hers.

"I...." Fujisaki gave in.

They're not coming for me.

"Aha! Wow! Look at all the despair on your face! Its priceless~" Junko's eyes looked crazed.

Fujisaki stood in silence,

Am I going to die?

Mondo grabbed every weapon he could find in his house, even the pickaxe that his brother used to carry.

"Yo Mondo! Everyone's ready, we gotta get there before the sun rises." Leon interrupted Mondo memories.

"I'll be right there." Mondo replied, not looking over to him.

He'd pass by his bedroom, regretting leaving Ishimaru stranded in Sayaka's house.

Whatever, he chose his choice, no going back on it now.

No matter how many times he repeated that to himself, Ishimaru's voice and words still stuck in his mind.

"You ready?" Asahina asked once he got outside, holding one of Leon's metal bats she borrowed from.

"Yea.." Mondo hesitated, wanting to scream out that he wanted to go back and get Ishimaru, but held it back.

"Hey, it's alright, we need to save Fujisaki, and if Taka doesn't support our idea, so be it." Sakura comforted Mondo, knowing what was going on in his head.

"I'm fine." Mondo firmly said, walking away from the female.

"Wait- since when did you have a car Leon?" Asahina tilted her head at the red car next to her.

"Well, it's not mine, it's my old man's." Leon chuckled.

"Leon you stole it?!" Asahina lectured.

"Calm down sweetcheeks~ if you really wanted to ride it sooner you could've as- nevermind!" Leon stopped talking as Sakura stood protectively over Asahina.

"Whatever, let's just go already." Naegi rushed the others into the car.

"Sakura- there's no space-! Do you mind if I sit on you?" Asahina asked, while it was quite a big car, Naegi and her wod have to sit to not be squished.

Leon grumbled jealously as he moved his mirror up, spotting Asahina.

"Step on the gas already-! We don't have time for you to sulk over a girl!" Mondo growled at Leon.

"Sheesh! Sorry.." Leon turned on the car at Mondo's instructions.

"This is as far as I can get." Leon turned off his car as he parked near the isolated sidewalk.

"Naegi, don't forget the tools to get the locks off." Kirigiri told the shorter boy as she opened the door, getting out of the red car.

"Don't worry, I got them." Naegi responded, grabbing a bag.

Leon still looked a bit grumpy, pouting like a toddler.

Jeez, we're here on a mission. Not to sulk like a goddamn animal.

"I can't believe that Asahina has a boyfriend.." Leon said disappointingly.

"A- what?" Mondo tilted his head.

"You know, that big buff cheeto puff!" Leon whispered, pulling Mondo down so no one else would hear.

"Leon- Sakura's a woman." Mondo facepalmed himself at the boy's stupidity.

"THAT'S A WOMAN?!" Leon said, his mouth open with shock.

"Why are you even focusing on that?! We're here for Fujisaki, not for you to try and get with Asahina!" Mondo growled at him, angry at how calm and carefree he was acting.

"Calm down Mondo, sheesh you're starting to act like Taka at this point." Leon insulted.

Mondo quickly looked away, still waiting for the others to get everything they needed out of the car.

"Oh~ I see.. Taka and you huh?" Leon teased the biker.

"SHUT UP! IM NOT IN THE DAMN MOOD TO BREAK YOUR SKULL OPEN RIGHT NOW!" Mondo yelled at the boy, him shrinking down in fear.

"Serves you right." Mondo groaned.

"Everything alright?" Sakura came up to the two.

"Yea, Leon's just- being a jackass, can we go already?" Mondo rolled his eyes.

"Asahina, Naegi, Kirigiri! We gotta start moving!" Sakura shouted towards them.

"Coming!" Asahina hopped out with the metal bat in her hand again.

"Sorry!" Naegi apologized as he ran behind Kirigiri.

"Its alright, now keep it down." Sakura started to walk towards Hope's Peak.

"This brings back so many awful memories.." Naegi sighed, Kirigiri rubbing his hair to try and get him to relax.

"Are we even sure Enoshima's in there?" Leon asked.

"Of course we are. Where else would she go besides here? She's smart, and knowing her games, she probably wants to be found out." Kirigiri quickly shut the boy up.

"Let's get this over with- lemme try and break the-" Naegi was cut off by Sakura quickly unlocking the door by herself.

"Well- that was easy." Naegi looked down.

"Everyone, get your weapons ready." Kirigiri instructed.

"For Fujisaki!"
