The next day in the afternoon

Betty's POV:

I hadn't seen the girls all day since I had work but Kevin kept me company. Me and Kev were in our apartment getting ready, 'what about this' I asked biting my bottom lip as I held up a tight red spaghetti strap dress which had loads of cuts out of it. 'No way. Firstly that's Cheryl colour, secondly it's very slutty so unless you want to be attacked by many straight guys don't wear it' he said honestly, I really liked the fact that Kevin was always really honest but I know he never means to hurt my feelings if he did. I shuffled through my draws till I pulled out a baby pink short dress. I held it up to me and walked over to Kevin 'Perfect! It's very you, it reminds me of the dresses you would wear to our high school dances' he grinned. I smiled and ran in my room, once I pulled the dress over my head I curled my hair and grabbed my serpent jacket. I walked into the living room and waited for Kevin. 'Let's go Serpent' he laughed dragging me out the door.

We picked up Veronica, Cheryl and Toni and Kevin drove us to the bar. 'Who's going to drive us back?' Veronica asked as we all got out the car, 'we will get a taxi and me and Kev will get the car tomorrow' I smiled, I was really happy and excited to have an amazing night with the people I loved.

A few hours later

I stumbled back into the bar after I went to smoke, 'heyyyyyyyyyyyy' I giggled walking up to Toni and Cheryl. 'Hi Betty,
Where were you' Toni asked, she wasn't that drunk she only had a few drinks, 'Smoking, Toni if we dyed the rest of your hair pink you'd be a troll because your small and have pink hair' I laughed, They both looked at me but eventually they laughed too. I swigged my beer but spat a little out when my eyes went wide. 'Oh my god! Do you know what would of been amazing? If all the boys came too, it would of been like a holiday' I laughed, 'that would of been pretty cool' Cheryl smiled, 'I think we should take her home' Toni said putting our drinks down and getting V and Kev from the dance floor.

At the apartment

Toni's POV

Me and Kevin had Betty attached to our arms, when Veronica opened the door we led her to her bed and gently placed her in it and covered her with the duvet. We walked out and I closed the door behind me and collapsed onto the sofa 'does she always get pissed like that' I asked looking at Kevin, 'normally when we go to the bar, she's got a lot of new habits since being here, like drinking, she goes to a gym when she's angry and she's recently been digging her nails into her palms' Kevin frowned. 'Oh my poor Betty' Veronica said, 'So changing subject since I don't want you all sad on your last night, I thought I'd tell you that I'm coming to visit in four months' Kevin smiled and we all squealed, 'Oh my god I'm so excited' Cheryl grinned.

Few hours later

Betty's PoV

I had woken up in my bed, my head was pounding and my body was aching, I looked at my alarm clock and it was 6am. I groaned and got up and walked to the kitchen to grab some tablets and water. When I passed the living room I saw Toni and Cheryl sleeping on one sofa and Veronica on the other. I laughed at Veronica slightly snoring and carried on walking to the kitchen.

In the afternoon

The girls had all packed up after they left to go to their hotel, me and Kevin were waiting at a booth in Cherry Tops and I was tapping my hand on the table impatiently. 'Betty you'll see them again before you know it, stop worrying' He whispered and hugged my side, I let out a shaky breathe when the bell rang and they walked in taking the seats opposite us.

'I can't believe your leaving so soon' I whispered grabbing Veronica's and Cheryl's hands and giving a faint smile to Toni, 'I'm going to miss you guys even more then ever now, it'll be like when I first left riverdale again' I half laughed. 'I'll call you as soon as I find out I'm pregnant' Veronica said squeezing my hand tighter.

We all got into the car after a milkshake and Kevin drove to the airport, everyone got out and we helped the girls carry their bags inside. I hugged Toni tightly first and whispered 'look after them for me' 'of course Betty, I'll see you soon' she smiled. I gave Cheryl a massive hug not wanting to let go 'I'll miss you Cousin' she said and I just nodded before letting go and turning to Veronica. I pouted at her before hugging her tightly and swinging her around 'Promise you'll call the second you find out your pregnant' I said as I let go and held her hands, 'Of course B, you'll be the first' she smiled. 'Now you two are the number one power couple' Toni laughed, 'aren't we just the cutest' I joked pulling Veronica in for another hug. I let go again but this time I didn't pull her for another hug instead I stepped back and gave them all a small smile, 'bye guys' I said waving at them as they grabbed their bags and walked of smiling at us.

I looked at Kevin and collapsed onto his chest 'my life is the definition of mess' I laughed standing back up and we walked outside, 'don't worry betty boop ,you'll be fine' he sighed as we got into the car and drove off.
