Groggily, I rose from my couch forgetting what happened the night before. Forgetting until I looked at my destroyed house, I'll need to fix that after school. The time was 7:50 giving me only ten minutes to rush to school! So I changed into a horrible dress but threw my boots and jacket over the top to try and make it more comfortable and bearable. Also, I put a burgundy orange tank under my dress so the fabric doesn't hurt as much. Underneath the dress I slipped a pair of black shorts so I could run through the forest. Like yesterday, I hit into something, and again, it was a wolf- Just my luck!

"Watch it-" Willa turned to me looking me up and down, "oh, it's you." She spat out. I have done nothing to her so she needs to calm down. "Thanks for making my brother late, he got back at dawn." I scowled at her like she was at me.
"Ok so what's your real problem with me? It's not just The Great Alpha thing because you saw me interact with her boyfriend like we were friends." She looked stunned I came to the conclusion she was hiding something.
"I don't want my brother getting hurt. I know about your little talk, and he is not going to be with a traitor as long as I'm Alpha."

"Who taught you to speak to someone with such disrespect?" I questioned her.
"Clearly I've been taught more than you by a parental figure at the very least." That struck a never, but I imagined the sky and being with Wyatt like the night before so my wolf was controlled.

"What do you know about me besides the fact that I'm a lone wolf, have two moonstones and both parents are dead?"
"That you're too ashamed to show people who you really are." She howled a sassy 'later' running in in the direction she was facing. God she is so insufferable, what's the issue if I'm friends with her brother?

Was she right though? I've been hiding for almost half a millennium. Maybe I am ashamed to be a wolf. No, no because if I did just show up as my true self, I would be scrutinised, segregated from them all.
Those thoughts carried with me until I reached the school, that's when I had a brilliant idea.

As fast as I could, I ran to Eliza who was holding posters for Zed's campaign. "Nice outfit, are you ok? You don't look like you slept well." She said handing pupils flyers plastering a fake smile.
"I feel peachy with bags under my eyes, my unkempt hair, or my slouching and yawning. Sorry, grouchy when I'm tired." I apologised and she chuckled slightly.
"Right so what you after?" She shoved the flyers to Zed so she would talk to me. The male Zombie turned and smiled at me before going back to vote hunting.
"How'd you know I'm after something?" I put a hand on my heart exaggerating being hurt.

"Oh please." She laughed, "the only time someone's come up to me like that is Zed when he needs a favour."
"Alright I need help, you got any Zombie-style leggings, trousers, somat like that?" I begged, luckily, I was talking to the most prepared girl in all of Seabrooke. She had another set of clothes in her locker because she took engineering. Amazing for me, she didn't have that until Thursday. "Love your idea. Really pushes for acceptance." She tried to encourage me.
"I'm already the most hated in the school because I don't like cheer, so I can't get any lower." With that I walked down the hall to find the girls bathroom.

Already I was receiving weird looks. Fine, I may or may not have restyled the dress- I'd ripped it shorted and took the white parts off the top tying it around my waisted like a belt. However, there was no dress code for the school because before Zombies joined they all wore the same clothes but either yellow, pink or blue. When Zombies did join, they had to wear uniforms anyway meaning the rules have not changed.

The moment I stepped out the toilets in my new outfit I actually think it is the best I've ever wore. A mix between Zombie and Wolf, also human- since I have not fully wolfed out in centuries, my hairs gone down a lot. The bottoms Eliza lent me were crimson red, as dark as blood, leather and had the occasional rip with some zips. The belt from my newly designed dress stayed wrapped round my waist and the rest of my clothes- minus the dress and shorts- was on. Unfortunately, the headmistress was the first teacher to notice my new getup. "Is that appropriate for school Miss?" She asked me unsure of what species I was.
"In actual fact miss, there is no dress code in the schools rule book. However, you cannot just add a rule without permission from the school board of governors. Imagine the uproar that would cause, not being able to wear another species clothes because it isn't deemed 'appropriate'. We wouldn't want you to be viewed as prejudice would we Headmistress?" I finished and she nodded before squealing and running off.

"What dragged you out the morg in the forbidden forest?" I think it was Lacey that asked, I honestly can't be bothered to know the girl's names. Jacey was easy- he was the only boy out of the three Acey's.
"Your problem with my outfit is?" I scanned them up and down noticing they only ever wore cheerleading uniform.
"It's not exactly... school spirit to put it as lightly as possible." The other girl said.
"You do know you three are nothing without Buckey and cheerleading. It's your life: being Buckey's servant and cheerleading. One day that will stop, where will you be then?" I asked all three of the Acey's and the boy looked less nervous. Perhaps he's braver, or more idiotic, than I gave him credit for.
"She is not wrong. Without Highschool, we are nothing." Jacey said and I smiled at him for it.

Leaving the three to argue, I ran to Zed and Eliza who were working out the voting. "Buckey has the cheerleaders and humans, while the zombies and football team are on my side. The votes are split down the middle! The wolves will swing the vote." I ran up beside him walking casually till he noticed me, "Nice look, never seen anything like it. Eliza aren't those your leather pants?"
"Where else do you think I got these from?" I playfully nudged Eliza and she gave a small laugh.

"Urgh I have Cheerleading practice." I sighed tilting my head back to show my severe dislike.
"I thought you didn't like cheerleading." Zed raised an eyebrow.
"I don't. That arguement with Brie, I said I'd go to a practice to show her I'm not 'scared' or whatever." Eliza didn't look entirely pleased with my answer.
"Cheer really isn't that bad, it brought the school and the town together." She recalled the events of the previous year, but that's all been in the papers.
"That was because of Zed and Addison's relationship. Also, I bet I'm not the only one who doesn't like cheer, I'm just not afraid to sat so." She considered my answer and declared she'd been out witted.

"Wait!" Zed called so I walked back as slow as possible really wanting to draw it out (less time at practice). "When your done, join the debate. Your the schools new biggest hit, you'd really help me out..." from his tone be may as well beg for me to go.
"I'll do it." He shouted 'yes!' Turning some heads, "Only because I get out of that Cheer practice early."
