Build Up

[I started this at the beginning of March and I'm almost finished with this. Thank you for the support. Also, the clothing I'm describing is the image].

"Morning Princess." Wyatt was again awake before me. The sun hadn't finished rising but the light woke me up anyway. Although I was tipsy the night before, I don't think I was as bad as everyone else. "Shit! We were meant to do something last night." Wyatt flinched making me roll off his lap. "Sorry Ulv... what we were meant to do, was this." He pulled out a sharp rock he mist have gotten from the tips of one of the spears in the artillery room back at The Den. "Why am I nervous?" I joked.
"Shut up. Just hold this." He handed me the sharpened rock and placed a hand on my own. Slowly, he guided it to the tree's trunk and started to carve our first and last name initials into it.
WL + WS was then enclosed in a heart. "It shows our love is internal." He grabbed the rock and threw it off the cliff face, we heard a satisfying clunck as it was sucked down into the ocean.

"When did you become such a sap?" I kissed him before grabbing my jacket. I'm glad I've got something else to wear for Prawn because the dress I'm in now is ruined. "I'm only like this around you, you nitwit."
"And you've ran out of good insults. Cat got the puppy's tounge?" We laughed.
Wyatt inched closer putting one hand on my cheek. "I know someone else who could."
"Better not talk like that around your sister, she'll kill us."
"No, she'd kill you. And, she isn't here."
"Good thing she isn't." I leaned in to his loose arms pressing our lips together lightly. We moved in sync, slowly, passionate, gentle. It was the way we love it.

"Mm, we need to go." I broke the kiss apart. "It's five past seven Wy, and I need to make the hangover stuff."
He moaned and groaned pulling me closer so our lips were just almost touching. "Let's skip." He lent forwards kissing me roughly and I was about to sink into his love. "Wyatt, we can carry on later. We. Need. To. Go." I punctuated in a tone meaning this was not up for debate.

Eventually, we arrived to The Den seeing some people walking around slowly. I think others might still be in that cave. Some walked up to me asking if I had any of that potion. After about three people, I started to ignore them while Wyatt walked with me to the Alchemy room. "Never been down here-" he started looking at the shelves, "-huh, this stuff is a bit... off." He smelt something I had to whak out of his hands.
"That, could kill you if you smelt it for a few more seconds." Immediately, he backed away resigning to a seat furthest from the shelves. Like a professional, I whipped up several dozen remedies and handed them out to everyone, I made Wyatt go to his gallery and give them out there.

"You two look like you spent a night in the catacombs." I joked looking at Eliza and Zed (who told Addison he wouldn't drink might I remind you).
"Yeah, yeah, just give us those." They chuged the entire vile in less than five seconds, "what's the time?"
"Almost eight, so we need to go."

The moment we arrived it was carnage. I snuck over to Addison and Bree who told me what was going on: Only humans could go to Prawn.
"What? That's outrageous!"
"Yeah! We voted for Whitney!"
"Why does Buckey get more of a say than Zed! They are both vice president!"
"We want Whitney back!"

Everyone gathered in the entrance hall for the first announcement. Unfortunately, the Headmistress was still biased towards humans, she gave Buckey permission to decide what and who can go to Prawn. She gave them both tasks each and split them, but made sure Buckey got Prawn.

"Guys! Guys, calm down." I jumped on stage after the shouting got unbearable, even to my standards. "Look, I get everyone is upset, and so am I! But the headmistresses biased, means that is the rules. I cannot go back to being The President until a week after Prawn. Trust me, I don't like it either." People stopped talking, shrinking in their seats defeatedly. Buckey had a sour look because he was trying to get everyone's attention but it didn't work; when I tried, they listened. Shows how people prefer someone who doesn't have a horrid personality.

People started to walk out the hall, Zombies had their heads down low while it didn't seem that many humans were bothered- bloody gits. It was like they're just fine with only half the three highest years going.

Nothing happened the next couple of days. It was the night of Prawn and I'm just fed up of school. It's becoming a chore now.
"God I don't think I can take another year at school." I sighed in home room next to Zed. My head hit my desk and my arms folded. "That bad, huh?" I groaned loudly, but not enough to draw attention. "Yes. I don't even need to be here. I'm older than everyone in this room combined."
"Well, if you're going to leave, go out with a bang." He leaned closer and whispered.
"What do you mean?"
"Maybe find a way for us to go to Prawn?" That would be a good way for me to end school. Perhaps I might.

At break, I got Zed, Addison, Eliza and Bree to send out a message to all Zombies saying to get ready anyway and meet at the entrance to Zombie Town. I hope this plan works.

Nothing interesting happened the entire day. I got a few glances and questions from Zombies but I told them to do what the text says and to not tell anyone. That night, Addison forced me over to hers to get ready. I forgot they had a dress for me which I haven't even seen. Again, they blindfolded me. Can't they just let me see it? It really isn't that big a deal, it's a dress. I would never be caught dead in a dress or a skirt other than an occasion like this.

The slow reveal was annoying for one reason. It is a dress, I am going to wear it, I should already know what it looks like!

I take my complaints back... wow... it's amazing. Silver sequence- they might have been gems- scattered the dress like the night sky with stars. The main colour matched that of a clear, midnight sky. Two crescent moons were sewn near the head-hole of the dress that already had stars being guided around that and the place the dress was fitted together in the centre. The cool blue fabric stopped when the dress reached my legs and was replaced with a darker azure of the deepest part of the ocean.
The dress didn't have sleeves, instead my arms were covered by a flowing, regal cape clipping at my chest- that too sparkling silver.
To top it off, there was a forehead tiara, a blue gem in the centre.

I let my hair flow and it blended well with the dress' colour scheme. It went from dark blue, to a lighter blue to a white (the clip). My hair was similar but from black to purple to white.
It's like a fairytale dress.

"We knew you'd like it!" Addison squealed after I put it on. I didn't just like it, I actually loved it.

It's time for Prawn.
