"Rose!" I yelled at her trying to push people out of my way.

As I got to the front, I saw Rose had Bella pinned up against a car with a hand round her throat.

I quickly ran up to her and put my hand on her shoulder.

"Rose, you need to calm down," I told her softly.

"No! This bitch deserves to die after what she did to you!" She yelled back at me.

I turned around to try and find Jasper but I couldn't see him or any of the other Cullens.

Then I had an idea. Edward couldn't ignore me if I were thinking it.

Ok, this is going to be crazy but let's give it a go.

Edward? I don't know if you are listening but if you are, we need Jasper, like right now. I don't know if I can stop Rose so you may also want to bring Emmett as he's the strongest out of you all. Please, hurry. Thanks

I ended my thoughts and turned back to the pissed off blonde and the strangled brunette.

"Rose, you're not going to gain anything from this. She's not worth it," I tried to convince her but it wasn't working. God damn it!

Just when I had started to give up with saving Bella, I heard someone shouting at Rose.

"Rosalie! Let her go! She's not worth it!" Emmett said running up to us as quickly as he could with his human speed.

When he reached us, he placed a hand on either side of Rose' arms and slowly pulled her back. She took some time to let go but eventually did. As soon as she'd let go, I felt myself be dragged away by a cold hand which was probably a good thing seeing as Bella was now being swarmed by bystanders.

The Cullens and I continued walking away towards the woods so Rose could let off some steam.

Gusts of wind shook the trees roughly as we approached a clearing.

"You may want to stay back from this, I don't want you seeing anything that could change your opinion of us," Edward said quietly while stroking the back of my hand softly.

"Hey, hey, hey. Look at me," I said placing a hand on his chin and lifting it up so he was looking me in the eyes. "Nothing you can do will ever change my opinion of you, okay?"

He smiled and nodded his head. I then became a little nervous when he started to smirk.

"What?" I asked.

"Hop on," he said simply gesturing to his back.

"Erm, okay," I said hesitantly jumping onto his back.

"Hold on tight," he warned.

Before I could ask why, I felt myself speeding through the forest.

"Oh my God!" I exclaimed in surprise. Was not expecting this.

"I did say to hold on tight," Edward said. I could practically feel him smirking under me so I wrapped my arms firmly around his neck.

A few moments later, we stopped but he didn't put me down. I rested my chin on his shoulder and decided to take a little risk.

I tilted my head to the side and placed my lips gently on his neck. I felt him begin to growl softly under my lips causing me to smirk.

"Maddie..." he said tilting his head slightly.

"Yeah," I whispered against his neck.

"Seriously? Get a room!" Emmett complained as the others caught up and met us on top of the hill.

"That's rich coming from you," I accused. "From what I've heard, for the first decade you and Rose were inseparable and what did you say Edward? You couldn't be within a 5 mile radius of them," I said smirking.

"Whatever," Emmett grumbled. "I guess I'm just that good that she had to keep coming back for more."

"Or that you were just that bad that she had to keep going back just to be satisfied," i challenged.

"Brilliant," Jasper said laughing. If vampires could blush, Emmett and Rose would be bright red by now.

"Anyway," Alice said changing the subject, "let's get rid of some of this anger, again." We all faced Rose who had stayed extremely quiet this whole time.

"Let's do this," Emmett said clapping his hands together.
