Fallen Love

(Y/n) POV

Today, around 4pm, I was in the Overworld again with Alex and Steve. We had gone to a nice restaurant to eat our lunch. We talked and laughed at small jokes as usual before me and Alex went to the bathroom.

When we entered we heard nothing and saw no one but for some reason Alex bent down and looked under the stalls before smiling and got up.

"No one's in here" she said happily.
"And?" I asked, more confused than a few seconds ago.
"It's dookie time!" She said loudly making me laugh.
"You do you, I'll wait outside" I told her before going outside the bathroom and kept laughing.

Steve looked at me confused before I told him what happened and he laughed as well.

"Oh god, I feel sorry for the next people who'll go in there after she's done" Steve said, making me laugh harder.

Once Alex was done she came out, thankfully after washing her hands, and we went to finish our food. Once we did we paid and we went to the park which had a lake with swans in it, both white and black and if we were lucky we'd see some baby swans which are super cute!

Once we got there I said immediately ran to the lake and got out a small piece of bread. Once the swans got closer to me I broke off small pieces of bread and tossed them in the water near the swans for them to eat.

I came here a lot with my friends so the swans recognise me when I come. They even trust me enough to let me pet them and if Steve and Alex are lucky, they get to pet them as well.

As I finished feeding them and turned to my left so I can ask Steve if he wanted to pet them but before I said anything I saw a small boy push another, younger boy into the lake. I quickly ran over and got the boy out before making sure he was alright. I then turned to the older boy.

"What did you do that for?" I asked.
"He was blocking the view" the boy said rudely.
"That isn't an excuse to push someone in the lake, you could've asked him to move away nicely. What if he drowned?" I said.

Then the boy's mother marched over and she looked pissed. I helped the other boy up and stood up, thinking she might yell at her son and I didn't want that.

"Ma'am please don't yell at h-" I was cut off by her.
"What do you think you're doing yelling at my son?!" She asked or more like screamed which caught me off guard. By now the younger boy's parents came to get their son and my friends came over to support me.
"I wasn't miss, but your son pushed this boy in the lake" I said calmly.
"So?! He was blocking his view and I will not allow you to tell my little angel what to do!" She yelled at me.

Alex now was very mad and started yelling back at her, even the boy's parents. She was clearly taken aback as if she's never been yelled before but then she yelled at them to be quiet before glaring daggers at me but I swear I could see fire in her eyes when she heard her son sob.

"Look what you did you stupid jerk! You humiliated me and my son and made him cry" she screamed at me before slapping me.

I yelped and took a few steps back before holding my cheek in pain. Steve was now holding Alex back from attacking the lady, the parents of the other boy rushed over to make sure I was alright while the rest kept the lady in the park as another called the police. I swear I could see the Netherian King himself in her which terrified me.

The police soon came and arrested the woman and the kid was taken by his father who of course scolded him. My friends took me to the entrance of the Aether before going back home and I flew past the barrier to get to my house but I'm pretty sure I felt an angry and sinister presence as I pasted by the barrier which scared me even more.

As I flew home two of my angel friends saw the red mark on my cheek and stopped me to ask what happened. I told them as a tear or two escaped my eyes. They hugged me and took me back home. I thanked them and went to my bathroom that was connected to my room and took care of my soar cheek.

After I was done I went to my room to change into some comfy clothes but froze when I saw the rose again but this time the red on its petals had spread more.

I didn't stay to pick it up or even think about how it got there, I quickly ran out of my house and flew to Notch's castle. The guards let me in and Notch was in his golden and diamond throne once again.

"(Y/n)! I heard what happened today, are you alright?" He asked me.
"That isn't important right now. I found the rose on my nightstand in my room and this time the red was more dominant than the white. I don't know how it got there tho" I said quickly and his eyes widened.
"Are you sure it's the same rose?" He asked.
"Yes, it has the same aura and when I pasted by the barrier to get home I felt an angry and sinister presence" I said again.

Notch sent some of the guards to check the barrier while he and and I went to my house to find the rose. When we got there tho the rose was gone.

"W-what?! But it was just here! Where did it go?!" I asked now panicking.
"Stay calm, it may still be here" Notch tried to reassure me but it didn't really help.

We searched around the whole house but found no sign of the rose. By now I was totally freaked out but got even more freaked out when the guards came and said they felt and found nothing. I felt like I was going insane but that isn't possible for an angel!

Notch offered me to stay in his castle for a day or two so I can feel a bit more safe but I refused, I didn't want to be a bother. I could feel the force on me trying to pull me to the barrier and tonight I'm going to find out what awaits me there.

Notch's POV

I don't understand what's going on. First the rose, then the weird force and now this? Who is doing this to (Y/n) and why?

I looked at multiple books to try and find out what was going on but I found nothing. I groaned in frustration and rubbed my temple till I heard a thump. I looked to see a book had fallen out and was open.

I got up and picked it up before looking at the page it was open at. But when I read what it said my heart nearly stopped. It was a story or more specifically a 'Historiarum ex Future' which was a story of the future, kind of like a prophecy but instead of it being written in a poem or riddle it says exactly what will happen.

It said about an angel with golden wings who was taken by the Netherian King, my brother, and was turned, but it doesn't say to what. It didn't say anything else like someone stopped it from saying anything else and it clearly didn't want anyone to know what the angel turned into when my brother took the angel but I knew who the angel was. (Y/n).

I put the book away and went to my office room to think of a way to prevent this from happening to (Y/n). She didn't deserve such awful fate and I won't let her suffer because of my brother's stupid actions. He and his demons took a lot of my angels but he'll never get this one.

Third person POV

At another realm, someone was watching Notch trying to make plans to prevent his angel from going such fate but that's the only thing he saw.

He had seen everything.

How the little angel was freaking out. How her friends worried about her. How they were all trying to keep her safe.

It amused him greatly.

For years he has been waiting for this special angel to make him start his plan and now he's close to completing it.

As the person observed over them one of his guards approached.

"My lord, I did as you asked." The guard said while bowing before him.
"Excellent. Now that he's distracted I can get my hands on his precious, golden angel" he smirked.

He dismissed the guard and got up from his throne. With his arms behind his back, he walked to one of the many windows and looked out, to where the barrier was.

"Soon she'll be all mine" the man said with another, evil smirk.
