Fallen Love

(Y/n) POV

I barely slept these past 4 days, I have worked way more than usual and have spend as much as I could with my friends and my parents. Basically I've tried all I could to keep myself out of my house and away from the bridge.

I was trying to keep my mind out of the force that tried to drag me back there and prayed that I'd never see that rose again but it didn't work. The force was getting stronger and stronger every day and the rose would appear at least one time each day and every time the red would be more spread out, taking over more of the white. But I was never fast enough to catch it or bring someone else in the room to see it.

Right now I was sitting with Alex and Steve at Alex's backyard. I could hear their muffled voices but my mind kept me from hearing what they were saying. I kept trying to find a way to stop all of this from happening to me but nothing seemed to work.

My thoughts though were interrupted when Steve gently touched my shoulder, making me jump in fright.

"You're still thinking about that thing?" He asked worried.
"Yeah, I just can't stop. I wish that this would all end" I said quietly.
"Hey how about a sleepover tonight? It'll take your mind off it and you might get a chance to actually sleep. It only appears at your place when you're alone so it won't appear when you're with us" Alex suggested.

Now that I think about it, it's not a bad idea. It might work. I smiled at her and nodded. She smiled back and immediately went to get things prepared for us. Me and Steve decided to help her and got out the sleeping bags and made some snacks with her. We also picked out some movies to watch, most were romance or comedy movies but one was a horror movie which I was not excited about.

Anyways after we were done and it was about 8 o'clock in the evening we sat down at the couch with our snacks and started watching the movies. We laughed a lot at the comedy ones and Steve looked away at some scene at the romance ones but when it came time to watch the horror movie I was hiding under my blanket, hoping that it would end soon but it didn't.

After what felt like hours the movie finally ended and Alex giggled at my reaction but hugged me to calm me down. We cleaned up and talked for a bit before getting comfy in our sleeping bags and slept.

In the middle of the night I was waken up, feeling like something was trying to drag me out of the house and to somewhere else. I had a suspicion that it was that cursed force and tried to ignore it but this time it was way too strong.

I was literally dragged out of my sleeping bag and out the door. I tried to yell for my friends to help but nothing came out of my mouth, like my voice was gone all of a sudden. After giving up on calling for help I tried to struggle out of the grip of that force but again nothing worked. Escape was pretty much hopeless.

It made me fly up to the Aether and straight to the bridge. I freaked out, thinking that it would drag me right to the Nether and managed to finally find the strength to keep myself still.

I stood still for a bit to catch my breath since the way here was tiring. I looked up towards the Nether and let out a small scream of terror. In front of me was the ruler of the Nether himself.

Herobrine.

His demon crown laid on his dark brown hair, his dark armour matched his realms colour, his white glowing eyes glaring right to my soul as an evil and sinister grin adored his face.

I tried to move and run away but couldn't, I felt stuck under his gaze. The only thing I was able to do is stare back at him as I trembled violently.

"We finally meet, little angel" his deep, demonic voice send awful shivers down my spine.
"Well aren't you rude. I thought that I'd at least get a small greeting by a polite girl like you. Aren't angels suppose to be polite no matter who or what they're talking to, especially to royalty?" He asked, acting like he was hurt.

I finally snapped out of my trance and cleared my throat before talking.

"I-I'm not suppose to talk to your kind. It is against the rules and I was ordered to stay away from this place" I said in a quiet voice that seemed to amuse him.
"But I'm not doing anything bad and I have no interest in hurting you. Besides you're too pure to hurt" he said and his last comment made my cheeks burn a bit and caused some butterflies to erupt in my stomach.

I ignored the feeling and turned around to walk away.
"I'm sorry but I must be going. It is very late and I should get some sleep" I said and was about to take my first step.

"Of course, but first I'd like you to accept this little gift of mine" he said and when I turned I saw him holding the rose that has been haunting me all this time.

I gasped when I saw it in his hand, my eyes wide as plates. His grin got even bigger and he held it closer to me, letting the top part of the rose to the Aether's side. I hesitated but eventually I gently took it from me. To my surprise it didn't hurt me like the first time and it looked like the first time I saw it.

After I looked at it for a few seconds I looked back at him, less scared.
"So you were the one who made this flower appear randomly at my house, weren't you?" I said.
"You catch on quite quickly, don't you? Yes, it was me but it was only to bring you here and meet me in person. After all not many see me and lived" he said and the last part made me gulp but I quickly calmed down knowing he wouldn't hurt me.

"If you don't mind, my kind angel, I would like try something. It won't hurt any of us one bit, I promise you" he reassured me as he held a hand towards me, waiting for me to take it.

I was surprised when he held his hand out of his realm it didn't hurt him but I thought of what he could possibly want to try out with me.

My curiosity got the better of me and I slowly lowered my hand to his but before it touched his a voice boomed at us.

"GET AWAY FROM HER"
