Sages pov*
'A broken leg?! What will we do? If we have a broken leg we can't protect our pack! This can't be happening!' Sam started painting.
'I don't know, the only person who will be able to keep the pack safe would be...' I paused.
'NOPE! NO! We will not put our mate in danger! No one should now about her! You know what would happen!'
'WE have no choice! But let's just hope she finds them soon.' I whispered looking towards Roxan.
*Roxan POV*
'I wish he would stop hiding things from me! Why can't anyone know about me? Why can't I fight?' I told my fox, Amber.
'I know, it makes me nervous. Why don't we go ask him?' She asked.
'No! Lets wait and see what happens, I wanna know if he trusts us enough to tell us himself.'
'Fine, but It better be soon!' She pouted.
When the doctors finished there test on us, they kicked me out and into the waiting room. About an hour later Sage came from around the corner. He had a boot on his leg and in a wheelchair. I walked over and gave him an upside down hug.
'Will u wheel me home?' He asked through mind link.
'Anything else' I asked after nodding.
'No just that, and snuggle with me in bed! Please.' He said. I felt my face turn red, and I nodded.
When we got home, I took him upstairs and let him get dressed, and did as he asked.
I felt his grip get tighter around me when delayed down and I just snuggled deaper into his chest. We fell asleep moments later.
