Chapter 20 His Past *Part 1*

*Roxy pov *
The door opens as i look up to see Sage. I purked up straight and smiled. Amber on the other hand, slid back and watched them cautiously.
'Whats wrong?' I ask Amber. She didnt respond tho, she only watched our mate move across the room, and sits on the empty seat nextto be on our bed.
"How are you doing adjusting to your new clothes, and living space today?" He asked drapping his arm around me as he pulls me a little closer.
Amber takes over for a few seconds to push him aside.
" Im doing just fine, but, is something going on that we dont know about? Amber has been cautiously watching you, and staying away from you... whats going on?" I asked hurt that he turned away when i asked.
"Look." He said hurt lookibg straight into my eyes, but his eyes change color from his normal color to pitch black, as i feel Amber taking over me. I let her, but i listened, and i knew Sage was listening to Sam because he mind linked me to let them talk, but to listen, because its true.
Sam and Amber looked at eachother hard.
"Amber, im Sam, i have been feeling you put up your guard up everytime i come around, and i hear your heart skip a beat. Is anything wrong? " Sam asked Amber as he slowly walked up to us and gave us a small hug.
"Yeah, everytime i see Sage and you, i get worried because you are hiding something from us, and it hurts me so much, because our own mate doesnt even tell us." She said as tears formed in her eyes, "and i get worried that its something terrible like you dont want us, or have someone else you love, and it hurts me not to ask anymore. Whats going on?" She floods in tears as Sam has tearsin his eyes.
" Baby, listen please, you need to trust me, and i want you to listen to my story before you go crazy. I love you, and i will always be truthful with u. Ok?"
Amber nods her head as she hids her face in Sam's chest.
"Ok, so about two years ago, right before i became titled Alpha......."

*Sam's POV*

But i had alot to do latly, im not gonna be updating daily, but as often as i can. And i i know you guys hate me leaving with a huge Cliffhanger, but i will update the second half of this chapter next time.....
