Chapter 24

*Sage pov*

Me and James grew huge smiles on our face when my mate asked why we were wearing fancy dresses on a random summer day. This day is not just any random day, and im excited, but sort of sad because she forgot why this day is so special.
She will figure it out after we get to the fancy restaurant i reserved for us.
James is going as protection to Roxy, and to help with the surprise.

"So, where we going?" Roxy asked knocking me out of my day dream.
"Oh yeah, lets go!" I said as i picked up Roxy my Baby again as she giggled again, making me smile. Carrying her down the stairs and out to the garage, i asked which car she prefers while a guard was awaiting her response to grab the key and go.
She finally picked a brilliant blue Mustang Convertible, with back up roll bars, and amazing hot pink rims on the tire. The color of the car almost exactly matched her dress, and i smiled when i carefully set her down in the back seat with me, as James took shotgun, and the Guard started up the engine that sounded like fire, and backed out.
I smiled uncontrollably towards her as she watched the top fold down, and she closed her eyes as the wind flew through her hair that stayed straight and perfect.
She finally caught me looking at her, but i tryed to hid it by turning away, but i wasnt quick enough.
"What are you looking at?" She asked playfully smiling guilty at me with her amazing eyes and her eye lashes backed with light mascara.
"Me? I was watching my beautiful amazing mate somehow manage to make me fall even more in love with you every second i look at you." I smile, but she wasnt excepting my response so she turned away blushing.
I could hear her thoughts growing louder with so many different questions.
Where are we going? How did i get that response from him? Was he this much in love with me? Oh i hope he isnt trying to read my thoughts. Why cant i stop blushing? Why are we dressed fancy? Why so special on a random summer day? Oh no, did i forget something?
I smiled at her as she looked to me.
Damn, he is reading my thoughts! She looked again but i couldn't help smiling.
Ok, im just not gonna look at him....... Where are we going? We are heading into town.
I looked up and saw our destination up ahead.
"Look at me and dont look away. We are almost there" i smiled as she shot her head towards me. "If you think you are gonna peak, dont."
She forced not to look up, so she shoved her face in my chest. Her heart sounds like a rollercoaster. Shes so nervous.
I pull her chin up and kiss her.
As we pull into a parking spot.
I helped her out, and i made sure her eyes were tight.
I guided her in with a guard on each side.
When we got inside, and she opened her eyes, i couldn't tell her emotion.
