You see from an operation theatre a girl walks out and everyone are congratulating her for the success of her complicated operation!!!
Lady:- Thank you doctor, you saved my child!! You gave him new life!! Thank you!!!
Doctor:- This was my job aunty and I love my job!!!
Lady:- For you it may be a job, but for us you are not less than a fairy who saved my child!!
Doctor:- No aunty I am just Nandini Murthy, just a normal girl and I like to be that only!!! Take care of your son aunty!!!
And she leaves from there, goes and sits in her cabin on her chair relaxing for a while, when she gets a call from reception that some patient has come to meet her!!! She again sits straight, ready for next!!!
So this was nandini Murthy and this is her day-to-day life!!! Getting up, coming to the hospital, meeting patients, doing operations and getting ready for next!!!!
Other side you see a man walking out of the conference room and people congratulating him!!! People:- Well done Mr.Malhotra, you again cracked the deal!!!

So this was Manik Malhotra, one of the biggest industrialist!! Always busy in cracking deals and projects!!! He works more than 18 hrs a day!!!
While one side you see manik busy reading his project report, other side you see a man making a projection report of 5yrs of income for his client!!!
Client:- What do you think Dhruv, how much % of loan shall I get from this CMA report!!!
Dhruv:- seeing your CMA report, you may be granted 70% of loan on your income!!!
Client:- wow 70% is not less!! And that is why you are my best man, my chartered accountant, who gives me the best advice ever needed!!
