The three girls stood face to face with each other, each staring blankly at one another. The wind howled as time passed, the trees and shrubs fluttered in the rage of the wind as the animals all kept their distance.

"A DragonKin? But there are none left, it was recorded in the ancient chronicles." Antoinette looked at Alora with a stern face while seemingly correcting her.

"Yes, that is because I was hidden before the war. When I emerged all DragonKin clans had been destroyed." Alora enlightened Antoinette of this knowledge.

"Oh, I see," Antoinette replied in a dejected tone.

"So, did Raf send you two?" Alora curiously asked Antoinette and Nattie.

"Yeah, he teleported us here out of nowhere. He didn't even explain anything to us!" Nattie replied in a frustrated manner.

"Ha, that does sound like something Raf would do." Alora chuckled with a big smile as she replied to Nattie.

"It's alright, he'll teleport us three back in a minute or two. So let's all get to know each other as we wait, he clearly needed us all together for something." Alora smiled while gesturing the two girls to come to take a seat on a log just behind her.

The three girls all walked over to the fallen log behind them and took a seat. Alora was the first to start the conversation.

"Let's get to know each other's background as we wait for Raf. How about you start Antoinette, tell us about your ability." Alora smiled at Antoinette at the end of her sentence.

"Well...my ability, it's to speak to animals, understand them that is. I met Kraur while I was living in my enchanted forest. He was one of the first creatures I had met, and I formed a pact with him. He's been with me ever since and has always protected me and cared for me." Antoinette smiled while reminiscing of her first meeting with Kraur.

"Is that the name of your dragon?" Alora questioned Antoinette.

"Ah...yeah, his name is Kraur, he's a beautiful and kind dragon isn't he?" Antoinette smiled as she replied.

"Yes, he is, rare to find a royal dragon out of its pack," Alora replied.

Alora then turned towards Nattie and locked eyes with her.

"How about you Nattie?" Alora smiled as she insisted Nattie on her turn.

"Ah...well, uhh. I've always been able to change things, like rocks and trees into other stuff. Like with Antoinette, I changed a sapling into a large oak tree..." Nattie looked at Antoinette for a moment with a smile as she turned back to Alora.

"But apart from that, I'm not too sure what tell you. Apart from the fact that I fell out of a door into Antoinette's forest." Nattie looked down and chuckled as she finished her sentence, then she brought her eyes back up to Alora.

"Oh, that Raf is really getting out of hand nowadays," Alora said with disdain in her voice.

"Well, I'll speak to him about it soon, it seems he's just about to teleport us back," Alora said with a smile on her face.

"Sit tight everyone!" She cheerfully said out loud.

Once again the dark sphere of darkness covered the three of them, just like how Nattie and Antoinette had first been taken to the castle. The pitch-black substance seemingly ate up all the surroundings as it converged in on itself to create a sphere that covered the three girls.

"I always hated this feeling..." Nattie said with annoyance in her voice.

"You get used to it, I did at least." Alora comforted Nattie.
