"If I help it will be done quicker." I tell him.
"This should be the last trip." Is his reply. I see him walk back inside and stop right inside the doorway. Then he disappears into my old place. I see Mr. Casanova look out the door towards me. I sit back in my seat and close my eyes. "All loaded up." I hear the man say.
"How long until we arrive?" I ask him.
"Between one to two hours." He says as he drives off. We sit in silence for about ten minutes.
"Can you tell me a bit about the child I am to care for?"
"Did your boss not tell you?"
"No. He just told me that the child will be mine to watch twenty-four seven, and the uncle that has the child needs utmost privacy."
"Kevin is six years old, his mother just died. David needs someone to care for him while he is away on business. But once he returns he will take him off your hands. You will be in charge of his meals, and his home schooling. You will eat your meals with them, and have free roaming of the house once David is home." I nod my head, and wait for him to continue talking. When he stays quiet I pull out my phone. I open up Sonic and start playing it. After about twenty minutes I switch to reading. "What are you doing?"
"Reading."
"We are just about to our first stop." He says. I look at him. "David wants to meet you before you go care for Kevin."
"What do I call him?"
"Mr. Dubois is what I suggest you call him, until he allows you to call him David."
"I just realized I never got your name."
"Mecha." He says before going quiet again.
"You don't talk much."
"My job doesn't require talking. I am here to make sure nothing happens to you and Kevin once we get him." He says as he pulls into a parking garage. He parks the van and gets out. I climb out of my side and meet him at the back of the van. "Keep up with me. We are going to the elevator over there." He says pointing across the garage. I nod and follow him. We get on the elevator and he pushes the last button. "A few rules for here. One unless spoken to do not speak. Two stay with myself or David at all times. Three don't trust anyone aside from David and me. Got it?"
"Yes." I say as the doors open. I follow him out and down a hall. We get to an open area and I see about ten men sitting.
"Come on, he is waiting for us." He tells me. I start following him until one of the men grab my arm. I try to pull my arm out of his hold.
"Pretty little thing you have here Mecha." The guy says to him completely ignoring me. 

"Unhand her now."
"Make me pretty boy." He says as a door opens.
"Remove your hand from her, Mecha give me a minute before bringing her in. Daniel step inside." The guy drops my arm and stands up. "Kevin go out with Mecha and Delilah." I see a small boy walk out. He walks up to a Mecha and me.
"Delilah sit down and get to know Kevin. We will be a few minutes." Mecha says walking over to a room.
I sit down and the boy climbs onto my lap. "Hello, I am Delilah."
"I'm Kevin." He tells me as Mecha comes out of the room with three cans of pop. "Uncle Mecha, I missed you today."
"I missed you too kiddo." He says handing him a can of pop. He offers me one I shake my head. He looks at me.
"I am diabetic. I drink mostly water, I drink an occasional diet pop."
"Did you want a bottle of water while we wait?" I go to tell him no but he turns and walks away.
"He will get you one if you want one or not." One of the other guys says to me.
"What grade are you in?" I ask Kevin.
"Third but with my home school I am doing what I can. I am taking fifth grade math and English." He tells me. I see a bottle of water next to my head.
"Thank you." I tell him. He nods his head and stands behind us.
"What about you?" Kevin asks me. I look at him. "Your education."
"I graduated from OSU with a degree in child care." I tell him. "But my favorite class was always English." I tell him pulling my phone out. I open my reading app and show it to him.
"You have all the classics on here. What are you reading?"
"I am reading Homer's Odyssey right now. If you want you can borrow this from time to time to read." I tell him.
"Really cool. Uncle Mecha she is perfect." He says as the door opens. I look over my shoulder and see the guy walk back out. I put my phone away and go to stand up. When Kevin won't get off my lap I turn him to face me. Then I stand up and switch him to my side.
"Kevin stay out there with Mecha. Delilah if you would." He tells me.
