Bobazo shifted you awake a few hours later. It was completely dark now, probably around midnight. He had made you a quick meal of fruits before you had fallen asleep for a quick nap, at Bobazo's suggestion.

You got up and he brought a few bowls of steaming water with him. For the most part, you were able to clean yourself, but when it came to your back he had to step in.

The warm water felt good on your skin. You can't remember the last time you had a shower or a bath, and even though this was not either, it still felt nice. While he gently rubbed your back with the wet rag, you brought Y/S/N closer, rubbing some of the water on her scales, she needed cleaning too.

She squirmed around at first but calmed down after a minute or two. She must have been enjoying the warm water as much as you were.

When you both were clean and dry Bobazo grabbed some more bowls, sitting down cross-legged in front of you and bringing it forward. It was a bowl of F/C paint. He got a few globs on his fingers before reaching up and beginning to paint some markings on you.

The paint was cold against your skin, and it made you jump at first, but it felt nice against the humid air. You noticed he had new paint markings on him as well. New green and gold paint marked his body and shown on him gloriously. He had new attire too.

His tribal skirt had small golden palm leaves woven into the new leaves of his skirt the green and gold matched the paint along his body. The whole thing reached down to his knees.

He painted on your face, down your shoulders, chest, stomach, arms, legs, back. Pretty much everywhere. When it had dried he stood up grabbed some new attire for you as well.

It matched his in terms of the skirt, but as usual, he had some type of shawl that he wrapped around your shoulders. It was the same color as the paint he just applied to you.

It had a silky texture and covered your shoulders loosely though it flopped limply where your arm was missing. He grabbed Y/S/N and set her on your shoulders.

He helped you stand and before you headed out he put another headdress on. This one was different than the antlered one. This one was made of Macaw feathers and green snake scales.

Snake scales cascaded down the sides of his face in small flaps, covering his ears while red and blue feathers created a crown on his head.

He added some things to your head as well. He placed various sized white orchids and lily's in a flower crown on you. He made sure the knot on your shawl was secure before leading you to the entryway curtain. He pulled it aside for you and you stepped out into the firelight of an escort of tribesmen all holding torches.

You noticed with great interest, one of them had a white snake curled around his neck just like you and Bobazo did. His was very long, and slim, with a sharp-pointed nose and round red eyes with elongated pupils.

You looked at his snake for a moment, reaching your hand up to pet Y/S/N and looked up at him. He wore his long black hair back in a top not where it dangled down his back to his shoulder blades. He was wearing a dark feathered shoulder guard with brown clothed pants with similar dark feathers attached.

He himself was painted with black and red paint, and you noticed that he gave you a friendly smile. You smiled a little hesitantly back. When Bobazo exited too they all formed a square around you and you all started making your way up the slopes to the big building at the top step.

the torches crackled as they cast a warm glow over everyone and the surrounding houses and water. The sound of the crashing waterfalls was loud, but not deafening, and the water looked black under the midnight sky.
