Brooklyn
As Hank and I left the precinct, everything had settled. Picking up food on the way back to the house, I started asking Voight stupid questions.
Answering each one with stupid answers in response, the two of us relaxed. We weren't on edge, or paranoid on what was going on. Happiness was an emotion the two of us felt deeply.
Entering the Voight house, we continued our weird conversation, as well as asking more insane questions. "No Hank, if you did that, you would be barricaded by book shelves"
"What's wrong with that, I will just knock the shelves over to get out". Laughing at him, I shook my head smiling.
"What if you can't knock the shelves over. How are going to get out of the book smuggling ring". He pondered that for a moment. I smirked in victory when he couldn't come up with an answer.
Cleaning up the dishes, and changing into comfy clothes, I snuggled into his chest on the couch. Playing with my hands, I felt him trace shapes along the back of my hands and up my arms.
Shivering slightly at his touch, his finger slowly raised my chin so I was looking at him. Leaning down to kiss me, I allowed the older man to pull me closer to him. Wrapping his arm around my waist, he held me close to his chest as he kissed me passionately.
Experienced hands ran up and down my back, causing my body to melt into his touch. Resting my forehead against his, I smiled at him. "I have never felt this way towards someone"
"I'm glad to be the first". Leaning down, I kissed his lips softly.
I was about to head upstairs, to go to sleep when I turned back to meet his hazel eyes. "Can you stay with me tonight". A small smile rested upon his face as followed me upstairs.
Laying down on his bed, he wrapped his arms around my waist. Placing my head on his chest, he soothingly played with my hair. Sleepiness started to take over and the last thing I felt was a kiss on the top of my head.
The rest of the night, Hank and I stayed in that position. Both of us content being in each other's embrace. That was the first time we both got a good night's sleep.

A sensation of someone's hand rubbing up my arm, brought a smile to my face. Opening my eyes slowly, Hank laid beside me, a relaxed look in his face. Placing a hand on top of his, he kissed my lips softly. "Morning". His voice deep, and raspy, only making him more attractive in my eyes.
"Morning Hank" my own voice tired and a little raspy, just like every morning. The two of us didn't want to get up, but we had things to do. Sitting up from the bed, I watched the older man grab his clothes to get ready for work. Smiling softly, I grabbed the suitcase off the floor, just pulling on something simple and easy.
Quickly brushing through my hair and placing it in a pony tail, so my hair wasn't in my way. A pair of arms wrapped around my waist and head was placed on top of my shoulder, causing a smile to appear on my face. "You know you don't have to come with me. I could just drop off the drive at your old place on the way".
Chuckling at his attempt to keep me at his house away from danger. I shook my head softly, before turning around in his muscular arms. Placing my hands on his face, I smiled at him adoringly. "Hank, I'm coming with you because I want to. Besides I can always help out on the tech end".
The brown-eyed sergeant tried to protest but with one look he realized he wouldn't win. Pecking his lips, I moved into the bathroom to brush my teeth and handle my business
As I arrived into the kitchen, I saw the two travel mugs on the counter. Leaning on the door frame, I watched Hank. He looked at peace and relaxed, not his usual commanding, brooding posture. Sensing my presence, the man looked up at me. "Let's get going darling"
Taking hold of the travel mug handed out to me, I smiled gratefully before slipping through the front door. Making sure we had everything, or more like Hank had everything, we ventured over to InTech.
Pursing my lips softly, I took the hard drive from Hank's hand. "Call me if you need me". Squeezing his hand, I slid out of the car, slipping through the crowd.
Going by unnoticed, I walked down the office aisles. Flashbacks at what happened popping up in my mind. Shaking it away, I held a confident posture, I wasn't going to let them tear me down.
Stopping in front of the CEO's office, I knocked on the door. Opening it, I stared at my boss, he holding a underlying angry expression. Swallowing the lump in my throat, I placed the hard drive in front of him. If somebody got their hands on that drive, it is no longer my situation.
I was about to turn and leave, not wanting to deal with the tense environment, when he abruptly stood up. Striding over towards me, I could tell he was trying to keep his composure but he was failing miserably.
A sudden hand flew towards the wall behind me, causing me to flinch back in surprise. I have never seen him like this before. Speaking up cautiously, I could hear the underlying fear in my voice . "Mr. DeLuca is everything ok"
A laugh came out and it wasn't one of happiness. It was filled with an emotion I didn't like. "No. I worked my ass off to get you at a good position at this place and you are just going to up and leave. Who the hell do you think you are"
Staring at him in surprise, I rolled my shoulders back, not allowing him to speak to me like that. "I worked hard to get to where I am Mr. DeLuca. No one here could do my job. So I advise you to step back"
Leaning closer to me, I wearily moved my head away from his. "Who paid you huh....". Not liking how this situation was going, or how close he was to me, I called Hank. Placing the phone in my pocket, I could tell he heard the issue.
"Mr. DeLuca, I need you to step away from me. I'm feeling rather uncomfortable". He was about to step closer when his door swung open and there stood Hank Voight in all glory. A serious expression, which also turned to slightly anger at the position he sees I am in with my former boss.
"Sir, I need you to step away from her". Slipping underneath his arm as he was fully distracted, I quickly made my way to Hank.
"Who the hell are you. Walking into my office and thinking you run the place. I was having a private conversation"
Rolling his eyes, Hank smirked slightly. "Sergeant Hank Voight with CPD". I stood there a few moments not hearing what was being said between the two, but I could tell it affected my former boss greatly.
