James - You had met James a couple of years ago when you moved into his town. Your brother never seemed to like James' but you didn't know why.
He asked you if you wanted to come to the live shows this weekend. You weren't together, but you hoped that he would ask you out soon. When you asked your parents if you could go one day at your dinner, your brother quickly told you 'NO' which started a huge argument.
Your dad finally ended it after a good 10 minutes of you and your brother at eachothers throats. He told you that after that scene you weren't allowed to go also telling your brother he couldn't play at his rugby match.
That night when your parents were in bed and you were in the living room watching a film you texted James' and told him you weren't coming and why. He said it's alright and that next time he sees you he needs to tell you something. This gave you butterflies, hoping you know what he's going to ask. Just then your brother came down and sat next to you. 'I only didn't want you to go because I was protecting you. James' is using you and he always has been. Your just to stupid to see'. You ignored him and went straight up to bed, your mind wandering everywhere.
A/N I know you didn't actually go to a live show here, but i'm running out of ideas.
