Hey people! I haven't done a Tratie chapter in a while and I love Tratie, so here!

Sadly, I do not own anything but the plot, all rights go to Rick Riordan.

Katie's POV:
I stood up tiredly and rubbed my two month pregnant stomach.

I had been working on the gardens of Olympus all day, and my back was starting to hurt from bending over. I arched my back in hopes of releasing some of the tension and finished pruning the dead petals off of the last beautiful camellia.

Aphrodite's gardens always took the longest to finish.

Everyday, I alternated which god's garden to finish. I only had to do the main eleven (my mother, Demeter, always liked to do her own) but sometimes Aphrodite's took two days to do.

This was one of those times.

Today was the second day in a row that I had been working on Aphrodite's gardens. She simply adored flowers, because "they were beautiful, just like her" but I think that twenty-two hundred rows of one hundred flowers was definitely pushing it.

I sighed and began my walk back to my mother's shed. She allowed me to use her gardening shed to keep my tools.

I had now had this job for almost two months, I got the job the day I found out I was pregnant.

Which reminds me that I have an appointment with Will today.

I reached the old, run down, grass green shed, and entered. I placed my pruning shears and my spade back on their hook on the wall, and peeled my sweaty, dirty gloves off of my hands. I placed the gloves in a shelf and walked out of the shed.

Travis will be waiting for me at home when I get there.

I smiled at the thought.

He had a terrible job before I got mine, where he was making locks for safes. He hated it, and I couldn't blame him, it sounded really boring. Then I got my job, it paid a lot since it was on Olympus, and he was able to quit. The company was devastated, since he was so good at it, but they recovered quickly.

I hadn't even realized that my feet had brought me down the familiar path to the elevator until I was in front of it.

I quickly pressed the down button and waited for the doors to open.

I would be having an ultrasound today for Will to make sure that the baby was progressing well. I just wanted to find out the gender, but unfortunately, it was impossible to tell until the mother was twenty weeks along, or five months.

I heard a soft ding and allowed my feet to carry me into the elevator. As always, I cringed at the terrible music that was playing. The door shut and I leaned against the wall, completely exhausted.

My brown ponytail was sticking to the back of my neck from sweat, and my legs were covered up to the edge of my shorts with dirt. Nonetheless, I felt completely content.

Gardening was one of my favorite things to do. Being covered in dirt, and being sweaty, was all worth it when I could see the beautiful product. Especially Aphrodite's garden. As much work as it takes and as tired as I get, the days when I work there are my favorites, because the gardens are truly beautiful.

The elevator gave another soft ding and the doors parted, releasing me from the terrible music of the 1970's.

I stepped out, handed the key to the man who worked behind the front desk, winked at him, and exited the Empire State Building.

"Stêthi 'Ô hárma diabolês," I said as I threw a golden drachma on the road in front of me. I watched the drachma sink into the ground and disappear.
