Hey people! I'm sick today, so I might update a couple of chapters. Anyway, here's chapter 6! Hope you enjoy!

Sadly I only own the plot of this story. All rights and characters belong to Rick Riordan.

Clarisse POV:

I was in the sword fighting arena at Camp Half-Blood hacking away at dummies and trying to keep in shape.

I haven't trained since a week ago, and that's really not good for me. The other adult demigods haven't trained since they moved into New Athens and New Rome, and they're starting to worry me.

I know that they think that another bad thing can't possibly happen in our lives, but you never know with the fates.

If something bad does happen, the camps and cities will both need us.

"Do you want to stop fighting those dummies and fight this one?" I heard a familiar voice ask.

"You're not dumb, Percy's dumb." I replied.

"Do you way to fight or not," he questioned.

I spun around and striked at him, but Chris expected it. He blocked it easily, and said, "I'll take that as a yes."

I smirked at him, and got ready to fight.

He attacked first, of course. I blocked. He attacked again, I blocked. Then I attacked, and we became a blur of colors. We were moving way to fast for anyone to see what we were doing.

Finally, I had got his sword and had mine at his throat in the dint and his in the back.

"You win. Per-usual," Chris said casually.

I smirked at him and him let the swords go.

"Come on, loser," I told him. "Let's go home."

"Wait," he said. "Can we go to Firework Beach first?"

I sighed. "Yeah, I guess so."

He took my hand and we walked to Firework Beach.

When we got there, I saw a picnic basket and a blanket in the sand.

"Aw, Chris," I said. "You didn't have too—"

"I know I didn't have too. I wanted too," he interrupted.

I walked over to the picnic basket and blanket and sat down.

Chris came over and joined me a few seconds later.

He opened the picnic basket and handed me a Camp Half-Blood plate. I smiled at him and took the plate. Of course he thought to get Camp Half-Blood plates.

After I was done eating, I laid down in the sand next to Chris.

It really was a beautiful day. The sun was shining, it wasn't too hot but it wasn't too cold, every time there was a wave it got me feet wet wth warm water, and I was with Chris. I couldn't think of anything better.

Chris came and laid down next to me and I curled in closer to him.

We laid in the sand like that enjoying each other's company for 10 minutes before Chris got up.

I looked at him questioningly and he reached out a hand to help me up, too. I took his hand and got up.

Then Chris kneeled down.

I gasped.

He brought a small box from his pocket and smiled at me uncertainly.

"Clarisse La Rue, I love you with all my heart. I love when we spend time together, and all the things we do together. You saved my life, I would have died in the labyrinth. And then, you brought. You brought me back to my former self. I was going insane, and I'm so sorry you had to watch that. I'm so sorry you had to sit with me for hours on end and listen to my rambling and try to help me, and must have been heartbreaking for you to see me that way. I know it would've been for me. Clarisse, I would do the same for you. And I promise to take care of you for the rest of you're life, if you let me. So Clarisse, will you marry me?" He opened the box, and the most beautiful ring I had ever seen was there. I'm not usually a big jewelry fan, but it was absolutely gorgeous.

I nodded my head, unable to speak. I started to open my mouth and tried to make sound. I needed to tell him yes, a head-nod wasn't good enough for him.

"Y-yes! Yes, yes, yes!" I shouted. "Of course I'll marry you Chris Rodriguez!"

He stood up and put the ring on my finger. I looked at him and smiled a huge smile, that was identical to his.

Then we kissed. A long, sweet, proper, heart warming kiss. I never wanted the kiss to end.

When we broke apart, he grabbed my hand and we went home.

I changed into my pajamas and we went to bed.

It truly was an amazing day.

Yay! Another chapter is up! I hope you enjoyed chapter 6!
