Chapter 2

Jenna-

I wake up to the bing of my phone. Lazily, I grab it and check who its from.
Jeniffer- Hey, Me Lana Colin Emile Jared are going ice skating wanna come?
Jenna-Sure
Jeniffer- Great! I'll pick you up at 2?
Jenna- Sounds good.
Jeniffer- K see you
Jenna- See you

I put my phone down and look at my clock. 10:23 AM it blinks, I throw my head back on my pillow and groan.

I went to sleep so late last night and I'm just so tired.

After, a few minutes of resting I get out of bed and go to my closet.

We are going Ice skating I better dress warm. I get out some black leggings and my brown boots. I get a white sweater and change. I decided to straighten my hair and put it in a side braid. I go downstairs neither Maria or my Mom are here. They probably went to the store knowing that they probably won't be back till like five so I decided to leave a note
Went out with some cast members I'll be back later.

I have roughly two hours till it's two so I decide to go to Starbucks. I grab my purse and my phone and head outside. I grab my skateboard, because even though its cold skateboarding is awesome.

I skateboard all the way to Starbucks then pop of my skateboard and enter the crowded store. I wait in the long line and when its finally, my turn I order my favorite drink and lie about my name, claiming its Serena. I sit down and scroll through instagram, vine, and Twitter untill they call me. For a moment I forget that I put my name as Serena. I feel kind of stupid when I go up because they called my "name" out three times. 

I drink my warm drink and head back to my house. I have about an hour to spare so I watch a couple episodes of parenthood before I hear an knock at my door. I run to the door and swing it open to see Jeniffer with a huge smile. "Hey!" She says.

"Hi."

"Your ready right?"

"Yeah."

"Great lets go."

As we go to the car I realize no one else is there. I feel awkward as I slide into the seat next to her.

"Your still nervous aren't you?"

"Yeah how'd you know?"

"They way you try and make your every moment perfect and your extremely careful."

"Well yeah I mean I don't want to make a fool of myself."

"I know how you feel but don't worry you'll get used to it. Just stick with me and the girls and you'll be fine."

"Thanks."

"No problem now if you don't want to make a fool of yourself then why did you agree to ice skating aren't you afraid your gonna like make a fool of yourself?"

A smile breaks my face.

"Nope, I used to take lessons."

"Man you really do everything."

"Well my parents were always working so Me and my sister filled up our extra time with lessons."

"Huh, what else did you do?"

"Piano, choir, dance, soccer, and acting."

"Wait so you sing, dance, act? Triple threat."

"That was always the point I just had never really had friends and was always bullied so I just thought if I practiced and became perfect that eventually I could do what everyone elses wanted except they wouldn't be doing it, it would be me and they would regret doubting me you know?"
