I walked into the living room and slouched down on the couch after picking Nala up. It was the first time I'd sat down all day, to be honest.

"Zoe!" Alfie shouted from his office.
"What?" I shouted back, which made Nala jump.
"Come here a sec."

So I got back up off my feet, after the two seconds I'd had sitting down, put Nala on the floor and padded to Alfie's office.

"What's up," I asked, standing behind his office chair.
"Come sit down," He said, pointing to his lap.
So I walked around and sat down on his knee after picking Nala up.

"Look at this," He said, pointing at the screen.

It was an email from his book publishing company, I scanned over it quickly and ended up with a big smile on my face.
"Oh My God Alfie! That's amazing!" I shrieked, turning round to face him.
"I know! I can't believe it!" He said stroking my hair. I put Nala down on the floor and turned so I was basically straddling him.

"I'm so proud of you," I whispered, putting my head on his chest.

"It's so hard to believe," Alfie sighed. "I had no idea it would come to this." He stroked the back of my head.

"It really is insane.. Who knew talking to a camera once a week could get us to here," I whispered against his chest.

"I love you so much little one," He kissed my forehead.

"I love you too, gorgeous," I smiled kissing his chest.

I heard a grumble coming from underneath me.

"Was that you?" I asked, in hysterics.

"Maybe..." He chuckled.

"Is that my que to go make dinner," I giggled.

"No, that's my que to go order dinner," He smiled. -

"I was hoping you would say that." I giggled.

"Did you now." Alfie smirked back at me.

I giggled as I jumped off his lap, span his chair round a few times and ran away with Nala.

A/N - Ikik rubbish chapter but it will get better, I just didn't know where to start :) I love zalfie and Nala 💗
