"A SINGLE Thank You From You Is Enough"

I have a cousin/boardmate, we are both in college but we're not in the same course.

BS in Marine Biology ang course niya while BS in Office Administration naman ang sa'kin.

Hindi kami mayaman kaya minsan nagkakagipitan ng allowance.

Hindi naman ako madamot lalo na pag may nangangailan, so pag unang naubos ang allowance niya I will lend her some money, if meron pa ako.

I am the one who will buy our toothpaste, pati sabon pangligo at iba pang maliliit na expenses.
Hindi ako nagreklamo dahil alam ko ang kalagayan niya.

Tinutulungan ko din siya sa mga assignments lalo na pag may hindi siya naiintindihan.

Pero...

Sa lahat ng naitulong ko I didn't received any thank you coming from her, I didn't mind because I am happy helping others but until I hear some gossips about me.

Na kesyo inaasa ko nalang lahat ng mga bilihin sa kanya sa loob ng boarding house, that's the very hurtful payment I received.

But I didn't mind it again.
Until our graduation came. Here I am watching  her family hugging and giving her gift.

" Mom, thank you for all your support, if it's not because of you I am not here, and I'm not wearing this most beautiful gown I wore, the TOGA. And thank you also to my  friends and classmates that are always there for me. Thank you all" she dramatically said in front of her family, classmates and friends.

I am just here in the back, still watching her and waiting for her to say thank you to me too for all the help and support that I gave to her as a cousin but I didn't received any.

"Couz, A single thank you from you is enough. Thank you even you can't see me as your cousin because you see me as your competitor." I murmured as i turn my back away from that place and went to my family, smiling and congratulating me for my achievements.
