Chapter 8: I lost the love I loved the most.

Why. Why? Why?! "WHY!?" I screamed at my two childhood friends. "First mom and dad. Now you?!" I yelled, my voice getting hoarse. "Ri-chan, Yo-kun, why?" I whispered. "Because even if I was cruel and was your love rival," Rina said. "I still am your best friend." her eyes looked to Moyoyo. "I love you Moyoyo." she said. He nodded and held her hand. "Forever." he replied. I trembled with rage. "NOOOOOOOO!!" I screamed as my best friends faded before my eyes. "DIE!!" I yelled at the man, intense power engulfing me. I shot the biggest fireball ever and he shot back with the same force. They collided and I ran into the flames with a kunai.

"Linoa!!" I heard a voice scream but I just kept running with my water barrier saving from the flames. I changed my kunai into a katana with my ice. I slammed into the man with rage. "Pathetic little girl! You wil never be able to destroy me!" The man yelled at me. We clashed and I heard a commanding yell. "Linoa! Stand down!" yelled the familiar voice. The Hokage! I had to obey. I put on my anbu mask which had fallen off during the battle. I jumped to the voice and I saw the Hokage on a..... frog? I jumped up to him. "Where is Lady Kushina sir?" I asked. He looked at me with a pained expression. "She is down there protecting our baby." I nodded and jumped down to find her. I saw a flash of red and quickly followed. She was running with the baby in her arms. "Kushina-chaaaaannn!!" I yelled as I jumped down to her. She looked at me and her eyes hardened. "WHO ARE YOU!!" she yelled with a fierce temper. I sweatdropped "Shi-chan, its Rain." I answered. She sighed in relief. "Oh thank goodness, I thought that you were one of the anbu that were trying to take Naruto away." she said. A question mark appeared over my head. "You named your kid a fish?" I asked. She laughed half-heartedly. "Its the main character of Minato's sensei's book." she said. I sweatdropped. "Okay." I said. "We need to get out of the battlefield. Shi-chan! Its dangerous! Think about Fishy-kun!" I said. She sighed. "I can't leave I-" She was cut off by Minato-sama yelling "Kushina! NOW!"

I looked at her as she handed Naruto-kun to me. She sighed and preformed the correct handsigns for a sealing jutsu. What were they doing!? As Minato went down he told me to place the baby on the weird shrine thingy. I put him there and Minato smiled at Kushina. "Its for the good of the village." he said sadly. I guess Kushina realized something because she screamed "NO NO NOT OUR BABY! Don't do this Naruto!!" then I realized it too. Just as I was about to scream at them to stop the most horrible thing happened. Kushina Uzumaki and Minato Namikazi got impaled right before my eyes. "NO!" I yelled. Naruto was crying and the parents said their last wishes for him as they left this world. I couldn't help it, I yelled and screamed. They were like a second pair of parents. My second chance in happiness. Memories flashed before my eyes. Kushina teaching me how to cook without the house burning down, Minato getting annoyed by my constant yelling for a mission. Both of them giving me a surprise birthday party. I clenched my fists. I would NOT let them die in vain. I took Naruto-kun and hugged him close to me. A squad of Anbu and the Third Hokage came out of the bushes. They looked at me and one of them said "Give us the child, he must be killed." That was the last straw. I threw ice kunai at the Anbu who had said that. He dodged and looked at me, finally noticing who he was talking to. "I am the leader of the ANBU BLACK OPPS SO DON'T TELL ME WHAT TO DO! YOU ARE TALKING TO CAPTAIN RAIN!" I yelled. The Anbu looked frightened. "Kakashi, stop." said the Third. "Rain, tell me what happened." I gave the report still holding the sleeping Naruto. The Third nodded grimly. "I understand. What will you do with the child?" he asked. I looked at the baby. "I will raise him. Only until he can raise himself." I said. The Third nodded. "Alright." I smiled and took Naruto-kun away to the apartment that Kushina and Minato used to live in. As I opened the door I took off my Anbu mask. Then Naruto woke up. "Goo?" he said. I smiled and said "Big sister's here Naruto-kun, its okay." he smiled and I put him to sleep in the crib that Minato had placed in a room. I made a bottle of milk and gave the baby the warm drink. Naruto smiled and fell asleep. I grinned and heard a knock. I readied an ice kunai and opened the door to meet fire red hair and blue eyes. "Linoa?" he asked. I nodded and let him in. "Linoa are you okay?" he said. I grinned. "No, nothings okay. My best friends died and my almost parents killed themselves. But, I have to stay okay for Fishy-kun." I said. He looked me in the eye and hugged me. I sniffled and hugged him back. He smiled at me. "Naruto needs a Big brother right?" he asked. I nodded smiling. "Alright, I do that. I expect 34 dollars for each second I work." he said. I hit him. "Okay, okay sheesh!" he said. I made tea. We drank in silence until he said "20 dollars per minute?" I spit my tea in his face.
