Walls

Walking along a sinuous track
At either sides are giant walls
The feeble mind starts to crack
When the whispers starts to call

A captive tongue might scream out loud
Clay and mortar spewing from my throat
Try and explain to all why it hurt so bad
Will supply your demons to raise the walls

Treacherous terrain will come to pass
Walking alone since forever ago
Even on the lush green grass
No body there but my dead ego

Humor bites more when it's on you
Such is my unique gift to all
You're laughing at my misery, and it's my due
Yet there would be much more laughter
If I could break the walls
