He made a noise of understanding as I walked up the stairs " You need to turn the lights off when you are not in a room or hallway because otherwise the power bill is quite a lot and there is always food in the fridge, if there isn't then write a list and i will see what I can get"
He once again made a sound of understanding and then I opened the door to one of the rooms I wasn't using that had a bed in it, " this can be your room or I have another you can choose from although I do know I said I had only two rooms, I technically have four but, there are some things i need to move from them"
Riley looked around the room and then saw the four poster bed and said " This bedroom will suit me fine, where do you sleep and where is the bathroom?"
I motioned to the room at the end of the hall that said 'Sky' on it then the bathroom directly beside it. I looked at the clock on the wall and saw i still had a little time left till i had to go to my job so I quickly said " I'm going to have a shower, there is another bathroom downstairs if you need to use the toilet just don't use too much water when you wash your hands because I almost couldn't pay it last month"
He nodded and I made my way to my room to get my clothes and and then went and had my shower, the alarm on my clock would go off soon because I had set it for my first job. I came out the shower and got dressed, bringing the washing down stairs I suddenly thought that Riley hadn't bought any clothes with him or stuff from home or anything which meant he would be going out soon yet he wanted to come to my job with me. I was slightly confused at this and decided that I would ask him if i had the time, I was now wearing my uniform for my supermarket job which i could only work during the days because a ) the night time shift had someone else working it and b ) I already had another job which required me to work till eleven and i wouldn't be able to work the job either way. Riley saw me in the uniform and sat forward as I threw the washing into the washing machine which also dried and cost me a huge amount of money on my electric bill but, was needed as I didn't have time to wash the clothes or dry them myself.
I picked up my umbrella before saying " Don't you need to like bring things into the house instead of following me to work "
He looked at my umbrella and said "I don't think umbrella is the best idea in this wind and I am having it delivered, i rang the company and told them where i am staying. It will be here later today. much later today"
I nodded and replied " So, are you coming to my work with me to beg for a job or not?"
He shook his head and explained to me he had changed his mind because he had forgotten about the jetlag he would receive from coming here so unannounced. I told him I would be back before I went to my other job to get changed but, I probably wouldn't be able to talk because i only had a short interval between the two. We came to understanding and I opened my umbrella, setting off to my job which was quite close.
