Harry walked into their apartment, slamming the door behind them. He kept his keys in his pocket, he was going to need them.

Connor was on the couch, the telly playing in the background on some cooking show, and a book in her hand. He went over, and plopped down on the couch next to her.

"Where ya been?" She asked, turning the page.

"I wanna show you something," he said, staring at the side of her face. He rubbed his sweaty hands on his black jeans.

"Okay," she nodded, not moving her gaze from the book.

"Now," he laughed. He loved how she got so sucked into the books she read.

"Oh, okay," she said, but she didn't move.

"Con," he laughed, pulling on her wrist.

"Okay! Okay!" She laughed, folding the corner of the book down and shutting it. He pulled her off the couch and over to the door. She put her hand on the doorknob, but he stopped her.

"Put this on," he said, handing her a coat. She slid it on while he put his own coat on.

"Let's go," he said, and opened the door for her.

They took the elevator down to the lobby of the building. He led her outside, and into his car. She sat in the passenger side, screwing with the heat, while he pulled out of the crowed parking lot.

"It's getting dark," she noted.

He nodded.

"Where are we going, Harry?" She interrogated.

"Dunno," he mumbled, smirking.

It took them a very long time to get where they were going, approximately two hours. Connor was almost asleep when Harry parked the car.

"Damn," he muttered, looking up at the big fence denying them access into the fancy neighborhood.

"What's wrong?" She asked.

He looked over at the two cameras pointing at his car. He backed back out onto the road.

"We're going to have to sneak in," he said, parking the car a little ways down.

"Harry! We can't sneak in to a gated community! We could go to jail!" She protested, grabbing his arm before he could get out of the car.

"Con, we came all the way out here so I could show you this, and I'm not just gonna go back home. We will just be very sneaky. Like little ninja lovers," he said.

"We are not going to be little ninja lovers, you idiot!" She mimicked.

"Come on, Connor. Please!" He pleaded.

She looked at him, looked at his eyes. She could tell he wanted this very bad, even in the night. They did drive all the way out here . . . .

She let go of his arm. "When we get caught, I'm telling the cops it was all you," she said. She opened the door and stepped out.

She complained to him all the way back to the entrance to the neighborhood.

He slapped his hand over her mouth. "Now, we can't get caught." He pointed at all of the cameras in the area, keeping his hand on her face.

"We could go there," he pointed out a path. She rolled her eyes.

"Or there," he said, looking back at her.

She mumbled, "Get your hand off of me," with a nasty look. He dropped his hand from her mouth.

She started walking a way that Harry hadn't pointed out. No cameras were pointed anywhere around the whole area. It seemed to be some kind of path a dog or something had made; it was through a patch of large bushes that covered even Harry's head, and it was a slim fit.
