Faith, it is said to nourish the soul and give hope to the hopeless. Have faith and you shall not falter, don't worry no great philosopher said that I just came up with it. But the question is do you have faith? Do I have faith? But then again faith in what, God? Ourselves? Our families? It's a confusing world out there and honestly I'm just trying to survive. If survival is faith then yes I have faith.

So on this Sunday I wake up and thank God for giving me another day. It's church day as you all might have guessed, thank the lord there's peace in the house or else it would have been really awkward. I'm dressed in one of my Sunday dresses and flatters paired with a tear drop earring. Making my way downstairs, I find the twins are all dressed and are having breakfast.

Tyler ruffles my hair when I pass by him and I frown, it took me about twenty minutes to get my hair done. I have cereal for breakfast and by the time we're all done, Mum and dad come down the stairs holding hands and smiling. Huh, thank you Jesus.

We all settle into dad's car and I'm seated between the twins, during the ride Mikey and I share an earpiece while Tyler plays candy crush on his phone. We get to the church and take our seats and soon enough the procession starts. By the time it's all over I'm tired and hungry and my legs are cramping. Mum and dad are busy talking with other members of the church so I stand at a corner and wait for them to finish up.

Tyler and Mikey join me soon after and we talk and crack jokes until mum and dad join us at the car.

"Come on let's head home, I still have some paper work to finish up." Before he gets into the car with mum Mikey speaks up.

  "Actually we're not going home."

"Oh you boys have somewhere you wanna be at?" Mum asks and this time I speak up.

"It's actually the three of us, we wanted to go see Sarah and the kids."

"Yeah and after that I'm taking Kitten out with me." Tyler speaks up and I look at him with surprise. He didn't tell me anything about a getaway, he winks.

"Alright then just make sure you come back home and say hi to your sister for me." Mum kisses us goodbye and they drive off. The three of us walk the distance from the church to Sarah's house.

Sarah Monroe the first born to the Monroe family and our eldest sister. Sarah was actually conceived before our parents got married. Honestly I don't even want to imagine how that whole scene played out. Anyways Sarah's now twenty five and married with three kids. Well technically she's now Sarah Williams but it's all the same to me.

She had Tamara Williams first who's six now, Starr Marie Williams who's four now and then King Sebastian Williams who's two. Their father Austin Williams is a worthless piece of shit that I really dislike but he is my sisters husband so there really isn't much I can do.

Austin Williams got married to Sarah before she could finish her final year in school. Basically he got her to drop out of school before she could even graduate and neither did he. It didn't take long before they had Tamara and the rest of the kids. Now the reason I don't like the dude is because the nigga refused to get a job and treats my sister and her kids like they're servants made to serve him.

After Tamara and Starr got old enough to go to school, some friend of Sarah's forced him to get a job at some nursery school. That's the same school the kids go to so luckily for him he ain't got to pay their fees, for now. Still it's a nursery school and the pay isn't enough to sustain them and plus they only run from 9am to 1pm in the afternoon. You'd think he'd get another job but no, after school he follows the kids home and sleeps all day.

When shit got rough they had to move out of the house they were living in and at the time they just had King. Long story short the guy couldn't afford the bills that came along with having kids and now he's living with his two younger brothers in one house.
