22. "Thanks be-i mean bennyboo, love you"

"Oh my god I hate her" Bella walks over to Carlos at the end of the day. "Who?" he asks, used to his girlfriends constant hatred of people. "Quinn" She rolls his eyes as the wander towards the gardens. "I second that" He says. "Her voice is so....high pithced and annoying. Its like shes trying to be all sweet but shes just annoying" Bella complains. Carlos lets out a laugh. "Its not nice to laugh at me when i'm annoyed" She hits him and pouts. "I'm very sorry" he puts his arms around her and pulls her into a hug. At that very moment jay and piper walk past. "If you say it I will kill you" Bella threatens, looking at jay. "What!" he protects, slightly scared of the girl. Bella rolls her eyes. "Bye" she smiles, grabbing Carlos' hand and pulling him away. Jay smirks in achievement. "You are actually annoying sometimes" Piper complains. "That's my speciality" He smirks at his girlfriend who just rolls her pretty green eyes. 

"I actually dont know how i'll cope when you leave me" Bella States, laying her head on Carlos' legs. "What do you mean?" he asks, playing with her hair. "You leave this year, off into the big world, I, however, am stuck here for another year" She rolls her eyes. "I don't get why I have to stay. I bet if we all took a test, I could get better than more than half of your year" She sits up and crosses her arms. "It's law, you can't change that" He states. He clearly said the wrong thing as she shot him a glare. That glare soon changed into a smirk as she has a lightbulb moment. "Ben can change the laws" she smirks. He looks back at her blankly. "I have to go....I'll be back once i've spoken to ben" she jumps up. "So it wasn't okay for me to do it, but it's okay for you just to jump up and leave" he teases. His smile lets her know he was only messing with her. She kisses him softly before heading inside with a smirk on her face. 

Bella walks up to Bens' office and peers through the window. He wasn't on the phone, nor did he have company. She opens the door and walks in. "You know, it's polite to knock" He says, still smiling at the girl. "And it's polite to not stalk people" she remarks, sitting herself down before him. "So bennyboo, I have a request" she smiles. "And hello to you to" he smirks causing her to roll his eyes. She gives him a look to tell him to shut up. He obliges and lets her talk. "I want myself and piper to leave the same year as Carlos and jays year" Bella says, as if it was a simple thing. "You are required, by law, to do your full amount of years Bella" he reminds. Again, the blonde rolls her eyes. "I bet if you made us all do a test, we could get better than more than half of their year" she states, clearly correct. Ben thinks about it. She was definitely correct.  "The law" he repeats. "Kings make laws, kings can change them, simples" she crosses her arms and leans back in her chair. Ben thinks again. What would Bella and Piper get out of another year here? "What would we do? What classes do we take that aren't the year that is above us?" she questions, as if she could read minds. "Goodness and physical education" He reads from his files. "Oh and i'll do them two for a whole year, how thrilling" she says, sarcasm evident in her tone. "I guess you wouldn't really get anything from the year" he thinks aloud. Bellas hope grows and her smile doubles. "So?" she questions. "i'll think about it" he smiles. Bella knew she had won him over. He just had the hard job, convincing fairy godmother that it was the right thing to do. She jumped up and smiled. "Thanks be-i mean bennyboo, love you" she exclaims as she skips out the door. Ben shakes his head fondly at the girl. She really was something special. Sometimes he wished he chose her over Audrey. She seems so much more, chill and less work. But Mal was the girl for him, Carlos the boy for her. Opposites seem to attract. 

Happily, bella skipped from the kings office and accidentally walked straight into the girl she loved most. Its called sarcasm. "Oh my, i'm so sorry" Bella says, the apologetic tone dropping as she realised who it was. The girls told up, neither helping the other up. "I'ts okay, Why were you leaving bens office?" Quinn narrows her eyes at Bella. "Business" Bella smirks, making Quinns confusion grow. "What business?" Quinn falls into step with the princess. "Business that you have nothing to do with" Bella says, her tone sweet and polite. "Whatever, princess" Quinn says, the sweet act dropping. She seems to spit the word princess which made Bella guess that what she was about to say would annoy her more than was expected. "whatever you say, princess of cards" Bella smirks. Quinn glares at her. Bella gives the girl a wave as she skips off to find her boyfriend. 

Piper sighs suddenly as she wanders around the garden hand in hand with jay. "What\s up?" he asks, his voice full of concern. Piper giggles slightly at his tone but her worries soon come back. "Soon you're going to have to leave and I won't be able to see you everyday" she pouts. "It'll be hard, but we will make it work" He smiles. Piper looks up and him and smiles. "I love you" she says honestly, laying her head on his shoulder. "I love you too" he smiles. Realisation crosses pipers face and she begins giggling. "What?" he asks, confused. "Nothing, you'll have to figure it out for yourself" she smirks teasingly. He rolls his eyes, used to the way she works. They spot Carlos sat alone. "Where's Bella gone?" he asks. As if on cue, Bella runs past the pair with a beaming smile. "There she is" Piper states the obvious. "Well done Einstein" he smirks. "I want to know why she looks way to happy" Piper ignores his comment and drags him towards their friends.
