Simon realizes that Josh is in love with another. So he confronts him about it.

"I KNOW YOUR CHEATING! I SAW EVERYTHING!" I cried at him with anger and sadness mixed. He's in love with another, I saw the way they looked at each other. I'm not dumb!
"I TOLD YOU WE'RE JUST FRIENDS! WHY CAN'T YOU TRUST ME!" He yelled back, stronger and more powerful. I could feel it, trust me. "B-because 'friends' don't look at each other, like you guys did!" I sob at my words, but try to stay the strongest I can be right now. But all my other emotions are falling out. The cries I have been trying to hold in, it's all pouring out now.
"For fucks sake Simon! You're so fucking dramatic" He rolled his eyes, and I could begin to see it... but, I know he loves her. It's not only how he looks at her, it's how he acts around her, how shy and red he can turn for her. I don't blame the guy. She was a straight up model! With her blonde hair, blue eyes, perfect body and her smooth skin that shines like a diamond.
I snap out of my thoughts and just nod my head slowly. "Just.. go and get her" I feel my voice crack at the sentence, but I can't hold him back from loving somebody else he truly loves. I have been in his shoes, being with somebody when you really want to be with another person.
"Y-you aren't breaking up with me!" I look up and look into his eyes. God, I'm gonna miss those eyes of his. I take a hold of his hand as I smile sadly at the sad, confusedly figure in front of me. "I am." I let go off his hand, and walk past Vik and JJ that has been listening to the whole conversation. They looked so shocked, and confused.
I guess their favorite couple just died in front of him.
"Some things aren't supposed to last forever."
