chapter 26 ☾

Lisa didn't know what bet her a thousand bucks but when she opened her eyes and felt that her body couldn't move a single inch, the excruciating pain from her chest returned.

She screamed in agony, her mouth was also shut because of a cloth seemingly too tight to prevent her from talking.

She was so confused, the pain of when before she died came back for some reason, and she knew that she needed someone again.

Someone like Jungkook.

"You're awake." An unfamiliar voice echoes on Lisa's ears as she groaned, not recognising the person who talked. Evident that it was a man though.

"Don't worry, I won't hurt you. I'm just here to knock some sense in you." The same voice talked again and Lisa squirmed, she was tied in ropes that were also really tight, and there was a spell preventing her from getting out.

She was getting desperate here.

"Come on angel, stop being stubborn." Then there was another voice Lisa heard, she really couldn't recognise who it came from because not only was her mouth blocked right now, but she was also blindfolded.

The blindfold was removed and the cloth that kept her from talking was yanked, she breathed harshly before glaring at the two people.

"What do you want from me?" She questions as her voice was filled with dread, she sensed that these people weren't human aswell. They were demons.

"I pity you, Lisa. Why are you making yourself suffer instead of going back to the demon realm and being with Jungkook?" The woman asked and Lisa looked taken a back.

"Who the hell are you guys and why do you know Jungkook?!" Lisa exclaims and they just chuckle at her.

"She didn't lose her memories after all, you're such a gem aren't you?" The man changed the topic and Lisa rolled her eyes.

"You're so powerful for your own good Lisa, I often wonder why your parents are such bitches sometimes." The man chuckles and Lisa looked down, she wasn't going to admit it but what the man said was kind of true. But they were still her parents.

"Stop ignoring my question you fuckers," Lisa says through clenched teeth as she tried to wiggle out of the ropes.

The man and woman's eyes flowed red and the woman chuckled, "I'm Jeongyeon and this is Yugyeom, we're Jungkook's siblings."

The moment they said that Lisa stopped frowning and looked at them.

"What do you guys want from me and why did you take me here? I don't want to cause trouble." She calmed down after hearing those words, knowing that they're Jungkook's siblings there was no way they were going to hurt her.

"Basically," Yugyeom trails as he walks around the dark room, "we want you to go back to the demon realm."

Lisa's eyes widened, "what?"

"You heard him, we want you to go back to the demon realm, and don't be too afraid, they won't hurt you. You just need to be there for Jungkook." Jeongyeon explains as she leans on the table infront of Lisa.

She looked dazed, why would they need her—

"We know you're experiencing a lot of pain right now from what is happening, better to just follow what we say if you don't want to feel more pain." After Yugyeom has said that, Lisa felt another sharp pain in her chest causing her to scream.

"N-no, stop, you're just saying that because you know what's my weakness." Lisa stutters because of the pain in her chest as the two shrugged.

"We know you still care about Jungkook no matter what he's done to you, Lisa. Stop making yourself suffer and go back to him." Jeongyeon advices as Lisa cried out in pain.
