Chapter 8. WAIT WHAT?!

(3rd person POV)

"And three. I- I- like you!" The red and white haired boy stopped as soon as he heard what Midoriya said, H-he likes me back?!

Midoriya turned around to look at at Todoroki, both of their faces were painted with red,"You like me Midoriya? Oh my god." Midoriya didn't know how to feel and started crying. I didn't mean to say number three out loud. I know he doesn't feel the same about me.

The freckled boy started to cry, trying to hold his feelings back,"Sorry Todoroki. I'll go now." Midoriya turned around and walked away.

"Midoriya!" Todoroki ran up to the crying boy and hugged him to,"I love you too."

(Midoriya's POV)

I started to run away from my feelings. But the Todoroki won't let me,"Midoriya!" He runs up to me and I feel his warm body wrap around me,"I love you too." I look up at him. WAIT WHAT?!? HE LIKES ME BACK?!?

"Wait y-you do?" I wipe away my tears."Yes Midoriya, I wasn't planing on telling you this soon. But you confessed. And that gave me the strength to do the same." I look up. He lets me go from the warm hug, and he kisses me on the forehead.

I feel my face getting warmer and warmer by the minute,"W-Wait Todoroki. D-does that m-mean we're a t-thing now?" Hope started to blossom in my heart,"If that's what you want."

We started to walk down to street toward my house when I feel my foot hit something and start to fall. As soon as I try to set my footing, I feel a sharp pain in my right ankle,"Ow!"

Todoroki catches me luckily,"Thanks Todoroki." This time I try and walk but my ankle wouldn't let me. I think I sprained it,"Ummm, Todoroki? I don't think I can walk." He looks down at me,"One, you can call me Shoto, two, I'll help you walk then."

He puts his arm around my shoulder and I do the same. We were close to my house when I hurt myself so I wouldn't be bothering T- I mean Shoto much.

"This is my stop Shoto! Thanks for the help!" I open the door and walk in, forgetting about my foot,"Oh Izuku!" He grabs my arm and pulls me to his chest,"I'll stay until your mother gets back." He looks at me and smiles,"B-But Shoto! That's just going to take more of your time up!"

He didn't say anything and picked my up. I felt like a useless dog, but I liked it for some reason,"I'm staying whether you like it or not." Shoto smiled, kissed my on the forehead again and sat next to me on the couch.

(Todoroki's POV)

Once I set Izuku down on the couch. I sat next to him. I look around for the refrigerator to get some ice for it,"Here Izu-" He was sleeping. He liked so cute. I prop his leg up on the foot stand and put the ice on his ankle.

30 minutes later....(sorry I'm lazy)

"Izuku dear! I'm home!" I wake up to a woman, whom I'm guessing is Izuku's mother opening a door,"Oh. Hello! Sorry for my intrusion, Midoriya fell on his was home so I helped him here."

I decided to keep our dating in the dark in case Izuku didn't want anyone to know,"Thank you! Can I get you anything to eat?" At this time Izuku started to wake up,"Oh........ hi mom! Welcome home!" Izuku said while yawning. He tried to get up but I held him down, he must've forgotten about his injury.

"Oh hey Sh- Todoroki! I forgot you were here!" He looked at me and gave me one of his warm smiles so cute!

"Well Todoroki, would you like to stay for dinner, it's okay if you don't want to though!" Izuku's mother was super kind,"Mom! Todoroki has already gone way to far out of his way to help me!" I looked at Izuku and smiled,"I would love to stay for dinner! Thank you!" I smiled and helped Izuku up,"Here Izuku, use these!"

Izuku's mom pulled out some crutches,"Well have to get that looked at tomorrow. And Todoroki you can call me Inko!" She smiled and started to make some noodles, me hoping they were cold soba.

When Izuku got back to the living room he turned on the T.V. I looked at him and decided to ask him a question,"Hey Midoriya, do you want to keep us dating a secret?" I whispered, hoping he didn't mind that I called him Midoriya instead of Izuku,"Yeah, I really don't want to be teased for liking a boy."

He whispered back looking down,"Hey, people think what the want. You can do whatever you want." He smiled and looked at me. I made sure Inko wasn't looking and places a small kiss on his head.

(Midoriya's POV)

I look up at Shoto and he kisses me on the head again. My face turns red, but I don't mind,"Dinner's ready you two!" Shoto helps me up and I grab my crutches.

Mom made cold soba, Shoto's favorite,"I made cold soba because you wanted it, is that okay?" I smile at my mom and thank her.

Shoto smiled and cheerfully ate the soba. And so did I. I could see why it was Shoto's favorite food.

After dinner Shoto went home, and I went to my room. I can't believe I was dating my crush. More and more of my dreams are coming true.

I decided to text Shoto until I got tired enough to go to bed-
I- Hi Shoto, sry I'm not tired at all.
S- thats fine, neither am I.
I- thanks for staying for dinner. I think my mom really likes you!
S- Well thats good! Maybe she wouldn't mind us dating after all.
I-Idk. Welp imma go to bed, night!
S-night!

After that, I did what I said I would, I went to bed.
