It was a few weeks later, when everyone felt Artemis was able to be around humans. So for her first outing Bonnie and Caroline, decided that the Grill would be the best place to take her. Entering they grabbed a booth, and just lightly chatted before Caroline smiled suspiciously. "A little birdy told me, that Artemis and Stefan are a thing.

Snapping her head in Caroline's direction, Artemis grew a few shades redder. "I wouldn't call it a thing, we're just exploring each other." Wiggling her eyebrows Caroline leaned in closer, "oh I bet you're really exploring each other." Placing her face in her hands, Artemis wished the floor would swallow her up. "Enough Caroline, remember I'm her mother. While I respect her, I don't want to her about her steamy sexcaped sessions with Stefan."

Both Bonnie and Caroline laughed loudly, as they watched Artemis go even redder. Once they had their fun, the women ordered and asked more questions about Artemis. An hour later they were making their way back, when Artemis began getting a bad feeling in the pit of her stomach. Trying to ignore it she forced herself, to participate in the conversation hoping that it was just indigestion.

Taking her time getting out of the car, she trailed behind the other two while looking around. Finding nothing that could be the cause, she just silently followed them into the house. Once inside both women came to a stop, at the entryway of the living room. Noticing that they stopped, Artemis peeked around them and knew what was the cause of her uneasiness.

She watched as a beautiful brunette, lean in and kiss Stefan on the lips. Granted for his part she could see how shocked he was, but he still didn't push her away. Her eyes travelled to Bonnie and Caroline, when she heard them both curse under their breaths. Finally acknowledging that she had an audience, the woman turned around and smirked. "Hey guys, long time no see." Openly rolling her eyes Caroline, went to pour herself a drink.

"Elena, I thought you were off travelling the world." Said Bonnie while observing her old friend, something seemed so off with her. Yet Bonnie couldn't be sure, since she hadn't seen or spoken to Elena in years. Although this Elena was acting like, teenage Elena which was weird. Since at the end of high school she was all over Damon, speaking of which where was he. "This is my daughter Artemis, you know Stefan's girlfriend." Introduced Bonnie while gazing at Stefan, with a subtle look of anger.

Gulping Stefan gave her a pleading look, to give him a chance to explain before she killed him. Bonnie was going to nod, when Elena spoke up. "So this is your daughter, and of course Klaus would be her dad." Shifting her eyes away from Stefan, Bonnie narrowed them a little while looking at Elena. "Why do you think Klaus is her father? When I haven't even spoken to you, that I was ever pregnant." Everyone looked at Elena who became frazzled, "well I mean.... I mean she looks like him, so who else would be her dad?"

Not liking the spotlight being on her really, Elena turned back to Stefan. Who had his eyes focused on Artemis, Elena could tell she was Bonnie's kid. As she could see how she tried to mask her sadness, but unlike Bonnie she couldn't hide them so well. Mentally smirking Elena hooked her arm around through Stefan's, "wow Stefan I see you still like them young. What I didn't know was, that you were into chocolate."

Everyone looked at her as if she had grown another head, shrugging her shoulders in confusion Elena plopped down in a chair. "What? I mean all the women that have been in Stefan's bed, looked like me hell even Caroline somehow managed to make her way into it. So excuse me if I'm a little surprised, that Stefan is going through a dark phase."

Bonnie was ready to lunge at her, but stopped when she felt the crushing grip Caroline put on her shoulder. Silently thanking her Bonnie looked back at Elena, "listen here bitch. It's none of your goddamn business, what type of woman Stefan dates. We all just hope it's not someone like his last few ones, seeing as how they liked to go between him and his brother." Caroline crosses her arms in agreement, because she couldn't believe the audacity of her.
