Artemis was slightly unnerved, at how excited Lei was acting as they made their way to the address. "Shouldn't you be a little more happy? Isn't this what you've always wanted, to get a chance to meet more family members?" Lei asked while driving down a wooded driveway, "I do. But... Lucy sounded weird after I mentionEd where we were, besides she's never mentioned about any other family." Artemis said while watching a large house get closer, both women sat in awed silence at the sheer size of the place.

"I gotta see this place from inside," announced Lei exiting the car. Taking a deep breath, Artemis followed suit and got out. They walked up to the door, but Artemis was the one to knock. They stood with bated breath, only to exhale at the same time when a guy. No older then the two of them answered the door, instantly Artemis knew something was off with him. The more she looked at him, the more she could feel death radiating off him. Knowing immediately that if someone, was radiating death that severely. Yet was still standing, could only mean one thing. They were a vampire. "Sorry we have the wrong place," stammered Artemis while trying to pull Lei back to the door.

Ignoring her friend's plea, Lei brushed her off and smiled flirtatiously at him. "Please excuse my friend, she's just very awkward around members of the opposite sex." Said Lei dismissively, "my name is Leilani. This is Artemis, she's Lucy's niece which by the way told us to visit here." Informed Leilani who was all smiles, while Artemis looked on warily. Now she understood why her gut was in knots the whole time, but now she was at a loss because now she had to figure a way out. To inform Leilani of the situation, but before she could the guy introduced himself as Stefan and ushered them inside.

"Lucy had just called us, and informed us you were here." Stefan said happily making his way into the living room, which was full of people Artemis didn't know. Stepping cautiously into the room, she glanced around at the faces. Most of them were vampires, yet she she didn't sense any danger from them. It was strange, but that didn't mean she wasn't going to stay alert.Sweeping back over the smiling faces, Artemis' eyes stopped on a mocha skinned woman. With expressive green eyes, and crooked mouth that fits her appearance perfectly. Next she looked over at a taller pale man, with crystal blue eyes and sandy blonde stubble lining his jaw. Glancing down she noticed that he held the woman's hand tightly, so she summed up they were together. Strangely assuming that fact, caused her to smile genuinely displaying her dimples.

Artemis watched as the woman gripped his hand tightly, and began to whisper furiously to him. This caused her to loose her smile, and to shift her gaze elsewhere. Artemis' eyes shifted back over to the woman, as she began to speak. "We're so glad you're here Artemis, I know this all must be so over whelming for you. Just know that everything will be explained explained soon, when I spoke with Lucy earlier she said she was catching a red eye. So until she gets here, how about we all get to know each other?" The woman said while gesturing to a couch, nodding slightly Artemis took a seat on one of the couches.

Everyone sat in silence for a few minutes before, Bonnie decided she would be the first to ask questions. "So.... Artemis how old are you now?" Taking a deep breath Artemis answered, I'm eighteen now." Bonnie nodded and smiled, "you're so beautiful," she whispered close to tears. Smiling sheepishly Artemis thanked Bonnie, and stared at her a little longer studying her. There was a familiarity to her, that confused Artemis into asking the question. "This might sound strange, but have we met before? I feel like I know you," this question seemed to cause an awkward tension.

"Artemis it's not weird, because we have met before. In fact I'm you're mother, and he is your
father. " Bonnie informed while gesturing to Klaus.
