Harrys POV

I called nearly every hotel in the city and couldn't find her so I just sat on our bed and looked around.

I finally had the idea to call Leah.

'Hello?', she answered.

'Leah it's Harry. Have you seen Jennifer?', I asked.

'No. Harry are you crying? What happened'? She said urgetly.

'Just come over here', I said.

We hung up and I sat there, running my fingers over Jens pillow. It smelled like her and it was soothing.

15 minutes later Leah walked in the room.

'Wheres Jennifer and Rhea?', she asked.

Her eyes scanned the room and stopped on the balcony, covered in broken glass and littered with empty bottles.

'What the fuck Harry Connick!?', she yelled.

'Leah Let me explain!', I replied.

She sighed and sat on the bed by me.

'Lastnight I was here alone and started to think about my mom and how much I miss her. She died from the same type of Leukemia that Rhea has. That scared me. My mind went to the thought of losing her, my beautiful daughter. I couldn't stop thinking so I started drinking. I didnt even realize i'd had so much. I couldn't think straight and when Jen came home... I just.. I wasn't me Leah.. it was not me!', I said and got cut off because I just started sobbing.

'Harry calm down.. What happened?', she said softly.

'I...I hit her. Leah I hit her hard. I didn't mean it.. I..I love her so much.. she's gone', I cried.

'What do you mean gone!', Leah said as her hands flew to her mouth.

'She's gone.. she walked out this morning and I can't find her. She left this on the counter', I said and handed her the positive pergnancy test.

'Oh Harry.. All I have to say is.. It is your fault you drank but I know you would never choose to hit her. I've seen you guys together enough to know how much you adore her. You treat her like a queen, you're so sweet and gentle with her. You always act like you might break her.. I know you didn't mean what you did', She said and rubbed my back.

'But I did.. Leah I did break her. Shes so small and fragile.. she was just forgeting Robert. I fucked it all up. She's pregnant too. What the hell am I gonna do?', I said and put my head in my hands.

'Harry she loves you. I know she still does. You have to tell her everything you told me, make her know she loves you', She said.

'But.. I just.. fuck. Help me find her?', I asked.

'Yeah I'll call her', she said.

She dialed the number and put her phone on speaker so I could hear.

'Leah'? Jen said.

'Hi baby, How you doing?', Leah said.

'Awful.. Leah Harry hit me', she said, her voice cracking.

'I'm sorry honey.. Why?'

'He was drunk.. and he just did. He promised he'd never hurt me and I trusted him', Jen said and sniffled.

'Jennifer you should know he would never hurt you in his right mind', Leah replied softly. Jen was just crying.

'Leah i'm pregnant. I just found out yesterday. I was going to tell him. I was so happy, it must of happened at the hotel a few months ago. Lee I felt so safe with him', she cried.
