VILLAIN NAME: Miss Mimi
Quirk: Memory Reform
—This quirk allows the user to manipulate one's memories as they see fit. This includes erasing memories, adding their own memories, reforming memories(making a good memory into a bad one), and creating a "hazy cloud" over one's memories.
Quirk Cons: This quirk can not be used to its best abilities on someone who has a strong sense of willpower and mental strength. The effects of this quirk can last forever if not carefully used. This quirk can only work through skin-to-skin contact, and works best if hands are directly in contact with the person's head.
Background: Miss Mimi is an unstable villain who considers herself a mother in general and the birth mother of her favorite victims. She once controlled a whole city through its mayor to simply test her ability, and babied the mayor enough to convince the town she was his mother (and cause his biological mother to almost get murdered for false claims of being his mother). She occasionally works with the League of Villains, but absolutely despises Shigaraki for favoring a father instead of "Mommy" (herself).
Fun fact: Miss Mimi is the main villain of a very long fanfic I was planning on writing but never had the right ideas to complete it.
