Quirk: Red Flower
—The quirk's name comes from the old times when warriors and samurais were most common where the red flowers symbolized a noble death. Unfortunately, in this case, the red flower grows roots into one's heart and blossoms with the victim's blood as its nutrients. The damage cannot be seen until the victim has been cut open, otherwise, the cause of death could pass as a heart attack.
Quirk Cons: Once the flower has been planted, there is no saving the victim (can not be reverted). Each time this quirk is used, the user loses hair like a dying flower loses its petals.
Fun fact: Inspired by Red Flower, White Flower

Fun fact #2: I imagine the user just shaves off all their hair to get the whole balding thing over and done with.
Fun fact #3: This quirk was originally going to be a pretty and cute one but then I saw the meaning behind the red camellia(tsubaki).
