Jack Aibushi - 相武士ジャク (Surname meaning together/mutually and samurai)
HERO NAME: Banshee
Quirk: Warrior's Cry -When the user yells out loud, the ears that the shout reaches gives them a quirk enhancement and muscle boost for a period of time(including themself). Enhancements are purely determined by the quirk in discussion and how loud the user's voice was.
Quirk Cons: Anyone within earshot of the user will also be affected by the quirk. The enhancement lasts for two hours before needing a three hour cooldown. The enhancements don't work on quirks that are permanent physical changes(mutants), but does enhance them physically in the sense of muscles. The cooldown allows a lengthy time period of weakness for the user in question.
Background: Jack is a Irish-Japanese pro hero with an army of sidekicks. She provides earpieces to ensure that only her sidekicks can hear her voice. Her name is a sore topic for her because it is often mistaken for Jacklyn, but was given to her by her Japanese father who desperately wanted a son. Because she was abandoned by her mother and left in her father's care, she has a fear of being alone and abandoned, which is why her agency is full of sidekicks and new heroes. As a young girl, her foreign appearance always made people try talking to her in English which is why she became fluent. Jack is considered an international hero, mainly because she is bilingual, but has never stepped foot outside of Japan.
Appearance: (think badass and kinda feral)
Fighting Style: Although Jack's quirk is more of a "leader fighting from afar" type, she prefers to be a significant part of the fights. She focuses on hand-to-hand combat, mainly fists, and is usually quite literally throwing hands. Jack is headstrong but isn't stubborn enough to ignore her limits, so she's often seen fighting in perfect sync with a sidekick.
Costume Idea: Jack wears a headpiece that cancels out her voice from the outside, and connects wirelessly to her sidekicks to ensure her quirk doesn't reach the wrong ears. She wears a utility belt that contains more earpieces connected to her headset in the case she needs to give out more. (Of course, she has first-aid equipment in them as well). On Jack's upper arm is a mini megaphone in case worse comes to worst. Her costume is sleeveless to ensure easy movement and includes high-density brass knuckles.

Fun fact #3: I believe Kirishima thinks Jack is a really cool and manly hero and kinda looks up to her, but not as much as Crimson Riot, of course.
