Quirk: Subfreeze
—Surrounding area of the user, including living things and objects, reach temperature much below freezing. The coldest temperature can reach -150 degrees Fahrenheit or -100 degrees Celsius. The freezing radius reaches 3 meters (w/practice can possibly reach farther and colder). The user can withstand cold temperatures as a bonus of this quirk.
Quirk Cons: Overuse of quirk can potentially harm the user and give them extreme hypothermia. The user can freeze to death if quirk isn't managed carefully. Body temperature is always cold and, even if they aren't purposely using their quirk, are always emitting an icy temperature close to their perimeter (not ideal for winter, summer on the other hand...).
Fun fact: I was thinking of naming this quirk Hypothermia but I thought subfreeze was cooler.
