Useless Quirk: Shoutout
—This quirk allows the user to shout everything and are unable to think without having to yell it out. Everything that comes to mind or is physically spoken can only come out as a yell. Basically, the user yells out everything they say and think.

Fun fact: I thought it would be fun to make up useless quirks like those background characters in the series. Like what is that LEGO brick head having kid's quirk? How do they eat??? Please inform me, I'm truly concerned.
