VILLAIN NAME: Sixth Sense
Quirk: Ghost Phase
—Ghost Phase gives Sixth Sense the ability to travel through physical matter—similar to Mirio's permeation—like a ghost. Sixth Sense's ghost phasing can affect whatever he touches to phase with him (this includes his clothes (he not nakey like Mirio)).
Quirk Cons: This is the part where his quirk loses similarity with Mirio's. Unlike Mirio's permeation, if Sixth Sense stops his quirk midphasing, his body doesn't repel. His body, or whatever he is touching, will fit itself—by breaking down to the smallest pieces—into whatever he tried phasing through. If he isn't careful, he can get lost in the ground without the ability to get out unless he sacrifices a part of his body to eject himself out.
Background: Sixth Sense is an anonymous thief/serial killer who lives for his greed and absolutely hates being seen. The reason he stays anonymous to the public eye and the authorities is because he murders anyone who has seen him. He lost part of his left leg as a child due to his inability to control his quirk. His father kept the leg in the freezer to remind him how weak he was, which haunted and traumatized him from getting anywhere near the freezer.
Fun fact: Sixth Sense's name was inspired by the movie: The Sixth Sense.
