year to South Korea to spend a year studying abroad. But
suddenly I meet a mysterious, good-looking boy, Katie distances herself from me,
and there are potential boyfriends popping...
POV/Sota When she quickly gathered her things together, I was about to apologize. But when I had just made my way through, she had already jumped up and scurried back to the geek in the third row. Hyun was his name, if I remember correctly. He always wore loose clothes, a cap and one of those huge round glasses on his nose. Probably he never had any contact with anybody, as he either slept outside of class or watched anything on his cell phone. Now I watched the little exchange between the two of them. While the cheeky little girl from yesterday at the food counter started to unpack her things again. I noticed a flash of interest in Hyun's eyes. With his head resting on his arm, he watched the girl who was struggling beside him. I hate that look. The way he looks at her... like a woman. Grimly, I pushed my case aside. Eri, who was sitting next to me caught it before it dropped to the ground. "Now you owe me!", she said boldly. I ignored her.

POV/Y/N The glances which my new seat neighbour let glide up and down on me, seemed to shine through to my soul. When I turned back to him after a while, he was still staring at me. "Hi, I'm Y/N. Who are you?", I asked him carefully. "I'm Hyun", he replied in fluent German. "Oh, I thought..." "Yes, that's what many people think", he cut off my word again. We began to talk until the professor came in and the lesson began. Later Hyun and I realized that we had more lessons together.
During the lunch break I went to see Katie. When I found her, she was fidgeting in excitement. "We're going to the club this weekend with some girls from my class. So think about what you're going to wear, I heard there are hot guys there," she winked at me, while I rolled my eyes. I said: "Are you coming to pick up Cherry from quaranteen today?" Katie: "Sorry, I wanted to take Kim to the café around the corner... But why don't you come even, when you've picked up Cherry?" I said, "Yeah, sure. I'll think about it. I'll have to do some stuff for tomorrow's class too..."
After dinner, I headed for the bus stop. I just stood there, relaxed. When the bus rolled up, I couldn't suppress my nervousness anymore. I'm finally here! I'll explore Seoul the first time on my own.
