Wei's hubby or Lan Wang Ji was jealous, angry, blushing, happy. All in one , he was having a mixed emotion. 'Lan Wang Ji' was having mixed emotions. But, he showed nothing on his face. Only his dear Wei could make out but as you can see, his dear Wei was currently hugging him or better busy saving his own life. Lan also had to hug Wei more tight as Wei told him to.
On the other hand, Lan Xi Chen was trying to divert Jiang Cheng from his brother and future brother-in-law so that Lan Zhan and Wei Ying could have some alone time.
Meanwhile, Lan Si Zhui, Jin Ling and the others even Fairy got bored seeing their childish activities and went away.
Lan Wang Ji seeing the "children" have gone away, summoned Bichen (Lan's sword name) and he with his dear wife who was still hugging him, climbed on Bichen and flew away, leaving Lan Xi Chen and Jiang Cheng.
Lan Xi Chen sighed seeing his brother flew away with his lover. He turned towards Jiang Cheng and asked, "Want to go inside?"
Jiang Cheng looked around and saw everyone had already left so he nodded his head as he said,"After you Zewu Jun."
Lan Xi Chen smiled and they both started walking. There was a comfortable silence between them when Jiang decided to break it.
"Can we go to your meditation room?"
Lan Xi Chen was surprised for a second. No one even his own brother, had ever gone to his meditation room but he quickly recovered it and answered with a smile on his face.
"You want to go there?"
Jiang nodded his head before answering.
"Of course I want to go. Moreover I have never seen you play."
Lan Xi Chen was surprised twice today. When he was "with" Jin Guang Yao, he was never surprised but why now.
'Ah, why am I comparing them? I like both of them as my brother. This is just a matter of time. It's alright.' Lan Xi Chen thought and consoled his heart who could jump any moment from his chest.
Lan Xi Chen guided them to the meditation room. Both of them comfortably sat down before Lan Huan started playing his flute. By the time it ended, Jiang Cheng had a genuine smile on his face. He was no doubt impressed by it as he praised Lan Xi Chen.
"Zewu Jun, you are really great at it. The music is so calm and soothing. I have never heard something this nice in a long run."
Lan Xi Chen being praised by Jiang Cheng was also genuinely happy. He never thought being able to get a compliment from someone would make him this happy as he said,"Thank you."
Hearing 'thank you' from Zewu Jun, made Jiang Cheng almost choke on his own saliva.
Meanwhile, Lan Wang Ji has landed his Bichen near the tree where he had first kissed Wei Wu Xian Although the tree is no more, all thanks to Lan Zhan. Upon landing, Wei Ying broke the hug and looked at his surroundings. He has a short memory no doubt but he remembered this place. However Lan Zhan was a little disappointed since Wei had broken the hug. He was liking it too much. He could do nothing but only wish for a dog to bark.
