We were now in Sydney and Ashton was just parking outside the costume store.

"So, how do you know Leslie again?" I pondered as we all left the van.

"We don't." Luke spoke.

"We know Tate." Calum smiled.

I nodded my head in reply.

We all walked in, and I felt like I was in heaven. Costumes upon costumes, stacked everywhere.

The store was divided in half, one section for women and the other section for men. The guys walked off into the men section whilst I walked over to the ladies section.

After not even a minute of searching I turned around to see Ashton wearing a pirate hat and a completely different outfit from before we left.

I giggled, "What are you doing?"

"Does this hat suit me?" He asked, looking in the mirror ahead of us.

"Why?"

"I want to be a pirate." He grinned.

"Yeah okay, I get that, but why did you change into black clothes?"

"I wanna try something new, I've always wanted black skinny jeans."

"I don't think they would suit you." I shrugged.

"I think they would." He smiled.

I turned back to the costumes and found a cute elf costume. Please be in my size.

I turned the tag over and sighed in relief, it was in my size. Thank god.

I took the costume into my arms and walked over to see how the guys were doing, I saw Luke and Calum snickering over something.

"Something funny?" I questioned.

Luke pointed at Calum's arm, which he was holding a bra in.

"God, you guys are such nerds." I rolled my eyes and chuckled, looking for the other two.

I saw Ashton looking through a few plastic parrots to hang on his shoulder.

I couldn't seem to find Michael.

Suddenly, I heard a grunt come from behind me and I turned around. I walked closer to the changing rooms and put my ear against the red velvet curtain, "Michael, is that you?"

"Yeah." He sighed. "I can't zip up the back of my costume."

Without a second thought, I walked into the changing room, expecting to see Michael in his costume.

But no. Instead, he was practically naked being clad in only his black boxers.

"Jade!" He quickly moved his hand and covered his almost naked body.

My eyes widened, "I'm so sorry! I thought I could of helped you with your costume." I blushed slightly.

"Well, I was in my costume. But then I couldn't do it up so I took it off." He explained.

"Oh."

He rolled on the balls of his heels. "This is very awkward."

I clicked my tongue, "Yeah. I'm going to go now."

Before I could leave, Michael gripped onto my wrist.

"Wait, stay. I still need help zipping up my costume." He smiled, and I gladly returned the gesture.

"Sure."

Soon enough, I had managed to zip up Michaels costume, which was a skeleton suit.

"Thanks."

We both walked out together to see the guys already paying for their costumes and we walked over to them.

I was about to hand my money for the costume to the cashier lady, but Michael stopped me. "I'm paying." He grinned.

I laughed in his face, "That's sweet, but no."

"Why?" He whined, dragging out the last letter.

"Why should you pay?" I retorted, raising an eyebrow at the blonde boy.

"You helped me with my costume, so I'm repaying you."

I laughed once again, "No."

The cashier lady interjected, "I think you should let your boyfriend pay for you."

I looked at her, my eyes wide. "He's n-not my boyfriend." My cheeks heated up.

"Oh, I'm sorry. You two seem like a nice couple." She winked at Michael.

I rolled my eyes playfully and handed the lady my money. "I'm still paying."

After that, I walked out of the shop standing with the other three whilst Michael payed for his costume.

"I heard what the lady said. Boyfriend." Calum snickered.

I smacked his shoulder, "Shut up."

Michael walked back out, grinning.

"What are you so happy about?" Ashton asked as Luke crossed his arms over his chest.

"Well, because that woman was so nice, she allowed me to exchange the money you payed her and I payed instead." He looked at me, smiling like the Cheshire Cat.

He slipped the money I just gave the moment into my trouser pocket before I could slap his hand away.

"Michael!" I hit his chest. "I said I wanted to pay!"

"Too bad." He sang.

Michael wrapped his arm around my shoulder, bringing me closer to him as all five of us made our way to the van.
