*Cheyenne's POV*
It's been two weeks since Trey and I decided we would try this "talking" thing. At first, I was a bit skeptical at it working because come on now, who would ever think that a girl like me would ever get with Trey Hartley. But the thing is, I don't see him as the Trey Hartley everybody else sees him as, he's just Trey to me. I was currently at my locker getting my English book when I felt arms snake around me and warm lips on my neck.
"That ass is lookin' real good today." I recognized the voice from anywhere. I turned around to see Trey standing behind me with a Starbucks cup in his hand.
"Who's that for? You don't drink coffee." I said confused.
"One grande white chocolate with whip cream and caramel drizzle, extra hot." he smiled handing it to me.
"Aw, you're so cute!" I reached up and gave him a kiss on the cheek.
"Really on the cheek though?" He pulled my face to his and started a full blown make out session.
"Trey, do we really have to let everyone see us make out?" I asked once I remembered we were in the hallway.
"Yeah, I do not need to see that!" Kareena said coming down the hallway with a disgusted look on her face.
"Don't be mad because Sam doesn't do it." Trey said making me laugh.
We were interrupted by the warning bell for first period.
"We should get to class Kay." I said to stop them from continuing the bickering. "I'll see you at lunch." I said to Trey before we started to walk off.
"No love?" He asked.
I rushed back over to him and gave him a kiss and a hug. While Kareena and I were talking about plans for the weekend, Diamond walked in our direction with a few of her friends.
"Don't look now but here comes trouble." I said to Kareena.
"I wish a bitch would start some shit." she said moving her stuff around so she had a free hand.
"No fighting." I said sternly.
"All I can promise is I won't hit her first."
When Diamond finally got close to us, I gave her a fake smile and her same stank face remained.
"What do you want Diamond?" I asked.
"Oh well excuse me, little miss thang thinks she's bold now because she's sleeping with Trey. Lemme tell you something, you aren't any different than the rest of us that have slept with him."
"First of all, I'm not sleeping with him. Sorry but I didn't have to fuck my way for his attention! You needa take you and your little squad and go finish sleeping with the rest of the basketball teams in our county. I'm sure you've missed one somewhere. And if you even think about trying some shit, you're gonna have to deal with me." I noticed her fist ball up.
"Try it bitch, I dare you to get slick." Kareena said next to me.
"Whatever, no girl gets attention like that unless they're sleeping with him." she folded her arms.
"Correction sweetheart, no hoe gets his attention unless they're sleeping with him... I am not a hoe, therefore I don't have to fuck him to get his attention."
"You calling me a hoe?"
"I mean... if the shoe fits..." I laughed. "Enjoy the rest of your day." Kareena and I walked to class laughing the entire way.
At lunch, we told everybody the whole story and the guys couldn't help but laugh. We made plans for after school before the game at Lancaster. This game was going to be packed because this was the rival game. We all decided to grab something from Panera because it wouldn't make the boys sick. After lunch, Trey walked me to class and I got the same mean glares from a few girls.
