Chapter Two

Day: 1
Riku's POV
I started walking to Sora's house. We're gonna game out for a bit.
I made it to Sora's house, I knocked on his door and waited for an answer. He opened the door with a smile on his face. "Hey Riku!" He smiled. "Hey!" I smiled back. He invited me in. We walked to the living room. Then my mouth dropped. "Sora?" I asked. He looked at me confused. "Yeah?" He asked. "Why do you have that?" I asked, pointing to a paopu fruit giant pillow laying on the ground with two gaming controllers on it. "Oh that? I thought it would be comfy, so I got it." He said. He ran up to it and jumped on and he bounced a lot. "See? Comfy and bouncy!" He laughed. I couldn't help but laugh with him. I walked up and sat down beside him. "So what game do you wanna play?" He asked. "Call of Duty?" I asked. "Okay. Which one?" He asked. "Um... number two?" I asked. He nodded and put the disk in.

We were laying on our stomachs now. "Argh no!! You killed me again!" I laughed. Sora wouldn't stop laughing. "I'm better then youuu!" He teased. "Oh we'll see about that!" I laughed. I shot Sora's character and he died. "Yes!!" I laughed. "Oh I'll get you back for that!" He laughed back. I reached my hand in the chip bag then I felt something brush against my hand. I looked over and saw Sora's hand in too. We made eye contact and we started to blush. I moved my hand away. "Sorry." I laughed awkwardly. He playfully punched my shoulder. "Come on Riku, since when you say sorry?" He smiled. I looked down awkwardly, the blush still across my face. Sora looked at the tv. "Oh I almost forgot!!" Sora yelled. He jumped up. "Our re-match!" He smiled. I smiled back. "Let's do it!"

Sora's POV
"1!" Riku shouted. "2!" I shouted. "3!" We both yelled. We raced off on the same tracks as the day before. Riku was first this time. He looked back at me and laughed. I laughed back. I grabbed his hand and dragged myself to his side. He looked at me confused. Then he smirked. He grabbed my hand and dragged me in front of him. I looked back at him confused. "What are you doing?" I asked. (Their running as all of this is happening) "giving you a boost." He smirked. I started to run faster, taking advantage of his boost. My throat started to burn. "Damn it!!" I yelled. "What? Is your throat buring? Out of breath?" He yelled behind me. I looked at him with a look saying 'screw you'. "You planned this didn't you?" I yelled at him. "Yup! Soon you'll be outta breath and I'll take your place!" He yelled back. He laughed evilly. I rolled my eyes and laughed. I slowly started to lose my energy. I slowed down and got slower and slower. "No!!" I yelled. I stopped and put my hands on my knees and rested. Then riku past by me laughing. "Not today bud." I mumbled. I ran faster and faster till I caught up to him. I jumped in front of him not thinking about the consequences. He bumped into me and we both fell... but he fell on top of me. I started to blush. His head was on my chest. we were both breathing heavily. He looked up at me with his face flushed also. "S-sorry..." I said awkwardly. His hands were out around me. I put my hands on his arms. We didn't break the gaze we were in. "Butterflies..." I said quietly. "W-what??" He asked. "Oh! Um.... um uh.... n-nothing!" I said awkwardly. Riku's thoughts: did he say butterflies? Is he having butterflies too?
His legs were spread on me. He lightly moved his hand on my check, making me turn redder and the butterflies stronger. "W-what are you... doing?" I asked breathless. He smirked. He traced his fingers down my jaw line. "I didn't know you could blush this hard." He smirked. "Says you." I said, looking down at his lips then back at his eyes. He laughed softly. He sat up, still on me. "So... now what?" He asked curious. "I don't know... go back to my house and eat a lot of food and game out some more?" I said. He nodded and smiled. He got up and reached a hand down for me. I grabbed his hand and he pulled me up.
